Knives have a nice flexibility and sharpness. Rubber coated handles fit well in hand, but you can see the glue in some areas of the seam. They appear on the cheaper side, but are good for inexpensive knives.

So our neighbors like to have BBQ's out in the front of our houses, this started during Covid, and we've kept up the tradition. With that being said, living in Texas, BBQ has always been part of these events. So when it's time to cut brisket and or prep meat, many times I didn't want to bring out my Heckles or Shun knives outside due to possible mishaps on the concrete so I purchased these instead.The knives have a nice weight to them, not too heavy, not too light and the handle feels pretty good in the hand. A bit different but not uncomfortable than my my normal slicer. The boning knife is good as well but it's a bit more on the stiff side but honestly I'm okay with it because if I needed to seriously bone a bunch of meat, I'd probably just pre-prep it inside anyway. They are also super simple to clean and with the handle it makes them more rugged as well.They work well in an pseudo outdoor kitchen and I have quality to work with when cutting without the worry of damaging my $300+ knives outside. Great value for those who like to have nice knives in a more hostile environment without the risk.

I am very happy with these knives. I included a photo so that you can see the size of them compared to my hand.The larger knife is very good for cutting bread or brisket while the boating knife is excellent for fish or for trimming up a brisket. I tried it for both!The only thing I haven't tried yet is seeing how they respond to a whetstone and I will do that as soon as they start to dull.The handle seemed very sturdy and are plasticDefinitely a good value for the price tag.

These knives are pretty nice, and a steal for the cost. The handles are comfortable and fit my hand nicely. The slicing knife is beautiful, but isn't too heavy for the size, and can be used to slice roasts, loaves of bread, or anything where you want a knife to stand up to what you are cutting.I'm not as big a fan of the boning knife. It too looks good and is comfortable to hold, but what makes this a 4-star review instead of 5-star is that to me, it's not flexible enough. It's perfectly useable, and is an OK boning knife, but there is a very small window with boning knives, going from too flexible to not flexible enough. This would be perfect if it were just a bit more flexible.

These blades are very nice. You'll need to hit them with a sharpening steel to set the edges when you get them, and for the love of all things good, rinse them well. The plastic smell is a little overwhelming.They cut well, and they handle well. Not insignificant handles make them easy to maneuver around whatever it is you're cutting (and in my testing, chicken).

I got these knives mostly for cutting ribs. The long knife serves its purpose well. It could be a little sharper, but it works for my purposes. The handle fits well in my hand. The boning knife for me is a little bit too thick/not as flexible as I would like in a boning knife. But it also does the task well.
