This cinnamon brought me back to my childhood growing up in Europe. As soon as I opened the wonderful packaging, I smelled the sweetness. I use 1 teaspoon in my morning coffee every day. It just tastes so different from an ordinary store brought cinnamon, and of course, this is Ceylon cinnamon, so much better for us. The packaging is wonderful, it reseals and so I keep it in it. The only thing, it of course does not dissolve and so if you use it in your tea or coffee like I do, you need to stir it often, otherwise the powder just sits at the bottom of your mug. I enjoy this cinnamon and feel good about drinking/eating it. For a few moments every morning, it takes me back to pleasant memories...

The best Ceylon cinnamon ever!! It dissolves/blends beautifully. It is a absolute must for baking. You'll never go back to store or cassia cinnamon again. Very medicinal for lowering ones blood sugars aiding diabetes and high blood pressure.Great for the mind,too. ONLY Mountain Breeze Ceylon cinnamon has no sulphates or preservatives. Research this true cinnamon compared what you buy in the stores. They are actually different plants and all of the health benefits you've read about exist in THIS plant, NOT what you buy in the stores, while all of the dangers you've read about exist in what you buy in the stores and NOT this plant. These were nice to have at our last Summer cookout! I like to be eco-friendly and together with the wooden knives we got, they totally served the purpose and make for a nicer display than plastic.

I used this last week for a get together. It was our first time using wooden cutlery and it was excellent. The utensils were very durable. I might even re-use them!
