I don’t know if there is any way to buy more cups. You might try writing the company directly or keep searching. I don’t recommend buying all metal cups as the metal is so hot when one pours the coffee into it, one can’t hold the cup.

Does this set come in an original box?

No, Mine came (well) packages in bubble wrap. You would need to repack as a gift.

How does the cup stay inside the holder?

The ceramic cup just sits inside of it and can be lifted out to clean it. You drink lifting the holder not the ceramic piece so it stays put.
