Least expensive DAC available
This device works well for converting PCM digital audio to analog audio. It is identical to the FiiO D3. The only caveat is that the USB power port is not secured well. The first one I bought, the USB port became loose after I plugged in the cable, and eventually became disconnected. The exchanged device is fine but I’ve been extra careful with inserting the cable into the USB port.

Works great!
I have been using this now for almost 2 weeks and no issues. Sturdy, with some weight to it. Very easy to hook up.The power cable that comes with it doesn't have a brick plug-in, you need to get one if you don't already have one on hand.This model doesn't come with volume control, which has turned into a pain in the tookus. Somewhere along the way I'll upgrade to one with volume control, but for now this works very well and I will buy from them again.

It is good convertor But it did not work for me because you have to contacted to Audio receiver to control the volume otherwise it will be very load.

Weak connection in the box to connect power cord.
Had this for 3 weeks. Wanted to move it to a better spot. Disconnected the power cord and it took the whole connection piece.. want my money back

Even an Old Fart Can Figure Out How to Use It!
Ever got an old contraption that don’t work with a new one? Well this here solved my problem. I got this new fancy TV but it had an optical sound output. Well I got and old stereo that sounds great and I need to crank it cause I don’t hear so well. Well this thing fit the bill and it’s so easy to use that an old fart like me could figure it out. Now I can turn the TV up so I don’t hear the wife complaining.

Saved a bunch of money
This was very simple to install. Saved me $, since I could use my existing sound system, which turned out to be way better than the sound bar I had bought. Returned the sound bar, and am now enjoying great sound, due to this converter!

No volume control
Spend $10 more and get the one with volume control.

good converter
Using this to connect the coaxial digital audio to a standard 3.5mm. The usb port on the tv can power it so its able to be completely hidden.
