Had for a year now, and it works great.
For the price on sale, you really can't beat this monitor.About 10 years ago I bought an *open-box* Dell 3840x1600 monitor for $999. While I love that monitor and it's still running like a champ...I use the Sceptre for game stuff. The resolution is more easily handled, the 165hz is VASTLY better (the Dell is 60), and the HDR support does actually make a noticeable difference. If I didn't own either monitor & was looking to purchase one monitor between them, I'd likely purchase the Sceptre!I bought the Sceptre on sale for $219 last year, and this year it's on sale for $199. That's a STELLAR value compared to the Dell (though I still love that one, too).

You cannot do better for the price.
I originally purchased the 30" version of this in 2020. I then purchased the 34" and willed the 30" to my daughter. I have to say both of these have been top performers when it comes to heavy gaming by both of us and day to day use. I can set up two normal desktops on the screen it is so wide or jump into Fallout 76 or CP2077 and the visuals are on point For the price I would have expected some issues, but this thing is a champ, and I would buy it again. Heck I'm thinking of buying another before the price goes up.

Sceptre 34-Inch Curved Ultrawide WQHD Monitor 3440 x 1440 R1500 up to 165Hz.
I had one heck of an experience so I need to tell it. I purchased mine about 1yr and a couple months ago. I was building a new pc for playing 4k so it stayed in the box for over 1yr. I finished the build and connected the monitor, it was amazing. I played games, and watch videos on it for about 2 weeks. One morning I go to turn on and it did not turn on. I freaked out tried everything and came to the conclusion that it just died. I reached out to Amazon they said to reach the manufacturer. I was losing hope since I realized it was over a year since I purchased. I reached out to Spectre, they replied to send more info and pics which made me lose more hope but after I sent the required info to my surprise I received and email with a mailing tag to put on my box and directions where to drop off my broken monitor. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive and I was wondering what is going on, I have not heard anything back. About 3-4 days after they received it, I came home to a box on my porch. It was a new monitor. I am so grateful because we work hard for our money and I did not expect it to get replace even though I only used it for 2 weeks. Thank you to the Spectre Team. I am gaming right now 4k and it is awesome!!

FANTASTIC TECH SUPPORT ON A QUALITY PRODUCT
I purchased two of these 34 inch 4K curved monitors to use in my home office environment. I have multiple windows open at the same time, and using a single 42" monitor still didn't give me the flexibility I wanted, hence two of these. They arrived yesterday and firstly, I have recently purchased monitors online only to have them arrive with a cracked screen. These are very well packaged and were perfect out of the box. That said, assembly of the simple but effective stand was three screws and all done. Very stable on my work surface. I am using a Windows 11 Pro laptop that has all the bells and whistles, and connect external devices through a hub / port. Now, here is why my review has the headline as you see it.After hooking everything up (power and HDMI and you're done), and booting my computer, I had one display that was gorgeous with 4K resolution, and the other so blurry I couldn't read it at 640x480 resolution. ?? It goes without saying that all of my Bios, drivers, and connections were solid, cables were good, etc. Windows would not let me select a resolution on the second monitor - it was all grayed out. I tried the monitor setup button itself - no joy as the resolution is controlled by the computer graphics card. I re-booted, I swapped cables, still no joy. Obviously this is a simple user-error, but it was really late in the day and beyond me to figure it out.I called the toll free number for Tech Support that was in the setup guide, and they have hours until early evening PST (I'm EST) so that was good. And then - after going through the call directory for Tech Support I got the dreaded recording "All agents are assisting other customers. You may leave a message or try again later." Yeah - right; we've all heard that before. So, I left a message that I needed setup help, my name and number, and went downstairs to fix some dinner. Here's the incredible part, and the First Shock. Less than 15 minutes and my cell rings and it is Sceptre Tech Support! Not a robot - a person! I went back to my home office, and started by telling the very polite young man (who spoke impeccable English) that I had just unboxed these and had not even registered them yet. Second Shock - he didn't put me through name, address, email, phone, model, serial number, and the rest of the gamut that is normal. He simply asked what my problem was and what I had tried. We walked through that, changed around one connection, re-booted, and all was perfect! Third Shock - he stayed with me through it all, made sure I could shut down and start up without difficulty or change in display quality, confirmed monitor settings for my usage profile, and then took some extra time to tell me about features I had seen in the user guide that might be beneficial for me given my use, and walked me through those as well.I can promise you I will tell this story again and again. Beyond that, I'm going to look at everything this company sells and - if I have a need - I will buy their products. Those of you in the electronics world will understand how extraordinary this level of customer interaction is in today's world. I wish I had this person's name, as he deserves the accolades, but he didn't give it - he just was there to help.Wow . . .

Great gaming monitor at 240Hz. Noticeably bigger than a 27"
I have been using this monitor every day for a year now. This is my main monitor on my desktop. I plan to buy 2 more for Sim Racing when I can afford it. The picture quality is perfect. I said mid level because it is only 1080p, but that is what most gamers use. I personally would have to seriously upgrade my whole computer to use 1440p. Personally, when gaming, (especially racing) Frames Per Second is more important and this thing runs all day at 240Hz. My games are variable FPS but I have never seen any tearing or stuttering. It has a good selection of color sets and controls built in. The contrast is good. The curved screen is great and easier on your eyes, (you don't have to shift focus as much from the middle to the edges like a flat screen.)
