Good for vision care
These are very easy to swallow because they’re smaller in size, not like those huge pills I always had trouble with!! Been taking 2 of these daily and I do feel an improvement in overall eye health, especially a reduction in eye strain as I stare at a computer screen all day for work. First time trying this brand, but I highly recommend this one for your eyes!

Easy Supplement to Take to Help Ward Off Eye Disease
I had never taken anything to prevent eye disease but a lot of my friends getting "up there" in age are having issues with cataracts which require surgery. I'm okay so far but would like to avoid that for myself if at all possible. I saw these and researched Lutein online to see whether it's known to help. MANY reputable websites had this to say: "Lutein is commonly taken by mouth to prevent eye diseases, including cataracts and a disease that leads to vision loss in older adults (age-related macular degeneration or AMD)." I jumped on ordering a bottle as a preventative measure and was glad to see the dose is only 1 gel pill a day and that they were so small. The price seems quite reasonable for a 3 month supply and certainly worth it if it helps prevent eye disease.

DOCTOR, MY EYES HAVE SEEN THE YEARS.
CGMLabs Vision Care Plus is advertised as a complete dietary supplement for your vision. I'm no expert and, I'm unable to tell you how this product has enhanced my health; it's not like taking caffeine and feeling an immediate impact. But, I've done a bit of research on this topic. Age Related Eye Disease Studies [AREDS] is a leading study. It recommends a daily intake of 10mg lutein, 2mg of zeaxanthin, 80mg of zinc, 2mg of copper [to prevent loss caused by zinc], 500mg of vitamin c and 400IU of vitamin E. A number of other products provide 20mg of lutein [which has been considered safe up to at least that dosage] and, a 5 to 1 ratio with zeaxanthin. These are 2 caroteroids, which are pigments found in the retina and in plants. As such, they protect eyes from ultraviolet rays in sunlight. Studies suggest that high levels may aid vision in dim light and glare, and also may help against age-related eye diseases and slow the progress of macular degeneration.CGMLabs provides a 90 day supplement, based on 1 softgel [not a large capsule/no taste or smell] daily. That provides 20mg of lutein, but only 1mg of zeaxanthin. Only 3mg of zinc is included and, there's no copper [due to the low amount of zinc?]. Those ingredients, as well as the vitamins are typically included in most daily multi-vitamins.Fish oil concentrate [100mg omega-3] is included; it helps to develop retina cells. An unspecified amount of bilberry extract is provided; it's a flavanoid that fights eye fatigue. You may consider a deeper dive into the latest results of studies in order to make your own informed decision. The ingredients in this product are well-chosen, but it's your decision as to whether this is the best choice for you; that will also involve the cost factor.

This Formula Specifically Targets Eye Health
I like supplement formulas that target specific health issues. Vision Care Plus focuses solely on eye support, and includes a variety of important ingredients that offer protection from blue light exposure, as well as general macular health and better visual function. I look at a computer screen more than I’d like—a supplement like this is a must for me.

Great ingredients for eyes
From my wife Sarah: This is a very nice combination of herbs and vitamins for the eyes. It's gluten, dairy, shellfish, peanut and egg free which is awesome. It's also free of artificial preservatives, color and flavorings. I'm happy with this.

Contains lots of good stuff
My optometrist recently told me to start taking a supplement with Lutein. I chose this particular one for a couple of reasons. It has a lot of really good ingredients including extra vitamins ( A,E) and minerals ( Zinc,Magnesium) plus fish oil and blueberry that other supplements don’t include. The other reason is it’s lab tested and made in the USA. Dosage is 1-2 soft gels per day, I’ll probably take 1 so they last longer. I struggle with very dry eyes and beginning cataracts, plus I’m on the computer a lot. I’m excited to be taking this supplement to help support my eye health.

Good and it should help.
Take it for a few weeks now. Cannot seem to notice any difference. But this is the case for most of the supplements I have taken. perhaps I need to wait longer to notice anything.
