Recommended to me by a doctor who used Molekules in the office & at her home
I bought one of these in October 2024 on the advice of a homeopathic doctor. I struggle with allergies, asthma, and damp weather exacerbated mildew in part of my home that was contributing to breathing distress. She recommended this unit as she used it around the office and personally in her own old, damp home. She said the smaller size also makes it easy to take with you on vacation or even move it around the house - in the living room when you're watching TV, in the bedroom as you sleep, etc. You can easily look up the specifics, but these units apparently are superior in the elimination of mold spores. I used this along with other protocol and experienced relief of my symptoms, but I have to note that I also took medicine, bought a better dehumidifier, etc. so it was one piece of a puzzle to better health. I don't want anyone to think I'm claiming it's a 'miracle' machine, but I do think it is a great addition to a plan to optimize your health, whether you have issues like me or not. I believe it works well as I've noted by its subtle detection of any changes in the air, and that it is beneficial to air quality. This machine is very quiet unless it amps up, which if you have it on 'auto protect', it will when particle levels rise in your home (around here that usually means my husband is cooking bacon, lol). If you don't want it to automatically accelerate, you can set it on any setting between 1 and 5, 1 being the slowest and therefore the quietest. Of course this also means that you can manually increase the speed (and noise level) with which it circulates the air. It's a well-built, sturdy unit, which I appreciate. The app is simple, easy to set up, and easy to use.I bought a second one on Black Friday sale in November 2024, and despite having 2 units running 24/7, I haven't noticed any increase in my electric bill.In my opinion these are great little units, but I hadn't written a review until now because the real 5 star moment came when the device I bought in November quit working properly. It registered very bad air quality and would only run on the highest speed, despite my other device humming along registering good air quality. I tried all the trouble shooting steps I could on my own (google's recommendations) with no change. Honestly anticipating a huge headache, I reached out to Molekule and received an email reply from a customer service rep named Denise. She gave me a series of things to check and do (they were easy-to-follow steps and afterwards, I was to wait 24 hours to see if the device would reset). When it didn't, I reached back out and received a prompt response thanking me for following the steps, confirming my need for a replacement, and sending me a shipping label (I had kept the original box). I returned it, and they very quickly sent me a new device! I am very pleased with their customer service's polite, prompt response that resolved my issue without any aggravation or hoops to jump through or stalling.Five stars for a really efficient, quiet, hard working air purifier & top notch customer service.

Best air purifier in the market
The Molekule Air Pro is a great air purifier that really helps clean the air and make it feel fresher. It works well in big rooms and adjusts automatically to keep the air quality good. The design looks modern and nice, and it’s easy to use with the touchscreen or app. It might cost more than some other purifiers, but it does an amazing job at getting rid of dust, allergens, and bad smells. We couldn’t have managed after the LA fires without our Molekule - it saved us from inhaling the terrible air quality. Thank you, Molekule for making an amazing product. We will be buying more! If you want cleaner air, this is definitely worth it!

Technology might be good but terrible customer service
Terrible. I purchased three units on recommendation of my knowledgeable adult son. In early December 2024 they came to me lacking firmware update from November 2023! Filter level sensor doesn’t work for this reason. Firmware updates do not occur automatically, as suggested in the document they sent to me to try to get their product working. I have spent a few hours following their instructions in email correspondence over two weeks. Absurd. In one email they urged me to call their Customer Advocacy Team (red flag that they have one), I call the number and they say there are no representatives available. One time I called at 09:30 PT (their stated hours are 8-5 PT) and the recording advises I call back during their hours. I’ve called a few times, such that the phone tree says “Hi Dena” and then explains they have no resources to help me. I bought three purifiers over $200 each and while they are probably filtering the air, the sensor doesn’t not report properly to the Very Glitchy app so you can’t tell when to replace the not inexpensive filter. Currently my filter’s report in the app is “Good 0%”. $200+ per machine and $80/filter and no customer service to simply make the devices work as they should. It’s just not acceptable.Update: 5 weeks later still no support in getting them on my network. They scheduled a support call for me, I waited two hours, no one called. Abysmal customer service.Update 2/1/25. They now reveal that the filters cannot be monitored with an iOS device! The app is needed to check filter status but it doesn’t work on iPhones. Had they told me this earlier, I wouldn’t have wasted hours trying to get and keep my 3 filters on the network.

sensitive,powerful and very quiet!
We bought two at this season last year and later bought another one for our son. We put them in the bedrooms where quality of the air has been much better. It is very quiet in normal conditions, but when there are any particles around, it will increase its power to deal with them. So during the night when we are sleeping, it is quiet and the air is clean. It does not occupy much space and there is no smell related to the machine itself. Another Good thing for it is that it is connected with an app which records your environment and reminds you when you need to change the filter. When there is a power outage, it will automatically reconnected itself and continues working after the power comes back. Excellent product!
