I bought this thinking I can use it instead of the bigger banu rice cooker I have. This was too small but I can say the rice cooker is easy to use and is made of higher quality than some of the other rice cookers within the price range. It looks good and performs just as expected by extracting the water. Easy to clean and not a bad price point.

This is my 2nd small rice cooker. My first one prematurely aged mostly due to a non-removable inner pot. When I washed the old one, some water could make it into the electronics housing... and also any grease or other contaminants in the rinse water... eventually shorted out the control panel. This unit has a removable pot (which is great). It looks good, and has many specialized cooking options. I tried the 'low carb rice' option with 'low carb rice'; came out a little too soft, I'm thinking reducing the water by 25% for my 2nd attempt. This unit looks good and works well. 100% satisfied

Great idea. Crappy execution. The control panel / menu button does not work beyond the first use. It is stuck in reheat mode despite being unplugged for 10 minutes + to reset the device. That is literally the extent of the troubleshooting support.

Good quality, the menu book is not very detailed, especially for how to make low carb rice.

Just plug it in, touch the menu button. With every touch of the menu button, it cycles through the settings. When it's where you want it, press start and that's it. To stop or cancel a cycle or to exit the keep warm mode, press and hold down cancel. You have to leave your finger on it for a few seconds for it to work. This is a good feature that prevents accidental button pressing. I initially used this with medium grain white rice on the low carb function. Worked pretty well. Then as a bonus, I realized there was a dolsot function! The best thing ever! Now I can have pegao/nurungji/crispy rice whenever I crave it! 😋 P.S. I noticed a reviewer wrote this: "After the rice cooked then it would restart again backwards..." I'm just letting everyone know that reviewer was mistaken. That count up after the countdown from the rice cooking is the keep warm function letting you know how long the rice has been kept on keep warm. Sounded like that particular reviewer in their confusion left the pot on way too long causing their rice to burn. Tech isn't for everyone, so keep that in mind if you're buying it as a gift. Update: Some people may not hear the rice cooker beep when it's done, especially older people. This is because the beep is at a high pitch that although younger people can hear, most older people can't, because high pitch hearing loss is very common (and most people aren't aware they have the loss) among older people.

Cooks the rice alright but instructions aren’t very clear.

This product performs as advertised. And having the low carb rice is great. The only small issue I have is with the inner basket when you are finished cooking the rice. The little wire loop is good for lifting it out of the water. But It might be a little warm. And the loop also gets in the way when trying to get the rice out of the inner basket. These are NOT deal breakers. Also, cleaning the inner basket if you don't have a dishwasher can be a little tricky. However, all in all, I would still recommend this item.

I loved the stainless steel inner pot, the low carb option and the perfect size for a single person. Cute too. And the rice cooked great the first time. But it never worked again! What a disappointment. If only it was made well with all the great features. Returned the item.

J'ai tout d'abord acheté ce produit parce que l'intérieur était en céramique. Ensuite, j'ai été vraiment surprise de voir que le riz n'était pas brûlé dans le fond du contenant après la cuisson. Le riz est bon jusqu'à la dernière goutte. Je l'adore ! De 1 à 3 personnes. Pour désactiver le mode réchaud, vous devez pesez sur l'écran tactile et laisser votre doigt dessus environ 2 secondes. Tant que le mode réchaud est actif, vous ne pouvez pas voir le grand menu s'illuminer pour choisir votre mode de cuisson de riz ou autres. Donc, pensez à mettre fin à votre mode réchaud à la fin de l'utilisation, sinon, lorsque vous réutiliserez votre cuiseur à nouveau, il sera encore en mode réchaud et vous vous demanderez pourquoi vous ne voyez pas le menu. Je suis extrêmement satisfaite de ce cuiseur ! C'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai donné 5 étoiles à cette merveille. Je recommande vivement ce cuiseur à riz !!!
