Slate Milk has quickly become my go-to high-protein snack! This chocolate variety pack—including Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Mocha Latte—tastes amazing across the board. Each flavor is smooth, rich, and not overly sweet, which makes it feel like a treat without the guilt and they are soooo filling!. I love that each can packs 20g of protein with just 1g of sugar and only 100–110 calories. It’s a perfect post-workout boost or midday snack. Plus, the fact that it’s lactose-free is a huge bonus. I’ve set up an auto-refill so I never run out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty, low-sugar, high-protein drink! We absolutely love these drinks - they are amazing with espresso shots or even on their own!

This is delicious and the ingredients are natural - compare to Premier Protein or Quest and you will be amazed. Those have seed oils and all sorts of artificial flavors/colors. SO glad I found them. Their French Vanilla is delicious too.

Overall flavor not very palatable but relatively filling thanks to 20g of protein. Coffee flavor is relatively weak, and lowkey this flavor at least tastes like butter?? Also the aftertaste is not the best, but may be due to the Stevia sugar substitute. Think if you’re ok with trading off healthier nutritional stats for a very mid flavor then it’s a pretty convenient option. But overall, personally not purchasing again due to it being relatively hard to drink/enjoy.Edit: The taste just wasn’t for me, but the seller was very responsive and offered a full refund. I appreciate the good customer service.

I bought one can of this over a year ago and have been drinking it daily every since. It gives me more energy, steady energy, with the protein and vitamins versus just coffee. I now purchase by the case, if you subscribe you will save a bit. Going to buy anyway, might as well do a Subscription. Great product! Clean and good for the body!

This is a perfect start to my day. I lift weights and try to get 100-150 grams of protein a day and this is one thing I wont live without. The caffeine content is perfect for me. Taste to me is good/fine. This is helping me reach my goal.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the mocha drinks! Best purchase I’ve ever made, the taste is better than anything else. Not chalky at all very smooth!

I originally bought these because another brand changed from sweetening with Monk Fruit and Stevia to sweetening with Sucralose (which as I see it is horrible for you). So I did some research and found these coffees by Slate. They tasted good. But 11 out of 12 cans were dented! Slate or Amazon needs to resolve their shipping and storing environment! Plus I realized that the drinks settle A LOT (because once when I emptied the can into a glass to drink it that way I then rinsed the can and it rinsed a whole lot of heavier stuff out of the bottom of the can -- solution: store them upside down in the fridge. Please do also remember to read reviews before you buy!

The product tastes good. But the energy aspect was not strong. The cans were very dirty and I had to wash all the tops off. I did not feel safe enough to drink from cans so I put the liquid in another cup.
