I’ve been taking this stuff about a month. Does everything as expected. I take as a pre workout and wow, I’ve never had a pump like this in my life. You can feel the difference after about a week. Quantity issue
The media could not be loaded. Quantity is very less. Doesn't seems like that it is 15gm. It is like 5 to 6 gram. 1Star just because of quantity.

Good taste and excellent effect
Quality of thus shilajit resin is very good. Earlier i use to feel very low and also feels like having no interest in anything.
