We've been using this lock system for our Airbnb and we love it! It's very easy to install and we love being able to set a new code for each of our guests! It's very pretty, too. It looks great on our door. No more having to give keys to our guests and making sure they leave the key when they checkout. They simply press a button and lock the door behind them upon checkout. Highly recommend!

I found this system to be a great addition to our home. It installed very easy, works well through the app, and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for alternative entry systems.

We recently bought a new door for our home so we needed a new door lock. We have an elderly aunt and an 11-year old so we needed one that was smart but easy enough to use so we didn’t have to worry about giving them actual keys. The fingerprint mode and pin mode are so easy to use, and the black sleek design was perfect for our new door. 5-stars all around, great product.

I bought this in November of 2023, and installed it that day. I had problems programming the doorknob, and figured it out in about an hour. It kills batteries extremely quickly if you use the auto lock function, due to the deadbolt freaking out if the hole for it is not deep enough for it to make full extension. It constantly tries to relock the deadbolt. Eventually, it just freezes, and locks out all functions. It won't open without the key.Today, LITERALLY TODAY, the lever for the door handle breaks, and locks me out the house. Pictures show what broke. I, thankfully, bought a second set of doorknobs to change the rest of the doors in my house. I had an extra one leftover to quickly be able to swap out.Overall, I'd say avoid this system. I'm keeping the deadbolt for now, because I've gotten it figured out, but as for a new buyers... Do not buy. Find something better quality.

The media could not be loaded.  Customer service was active even before the lock was delivered. On several occasions I was asked if I needed help. I did not need help, but I appreciate being asked. The instructions are easy to follow.I’ve included here a short video so you can see most of my trouble and labor was spent doing cosmetic work on the old door. You might have watched other videos from chirpy individuals who illustrate how to install the lock on a door that has all holes pre-drilled. Don’t worry if you must drill your own holes! Sure it takes time, but that would be true of ANY lock. The door is behind a metal security door which requires a key. By the time I get to the Smart Lock, my keys are still in my hand, but the fingerprint feature is fun, so I use it. I tested all other lock/unlock options and they work fine.pOur house is 100 years old. The door is not quite that old, but it’s old. It has scars from multiple lock installations. Of course we’re happy the old door accommodates new tricks.

I installed this on my garage door. I love the way it says come in when you put the correct code in, It took about 20 minutes to install and program. I did not have to drill any holes. I took out the old traditional doorknob and used the existing hole. It has 4 plastic posts connected to the keypad side of the door handle. Screws go in form the battery side of the door handle, into these posts to hold it on. I broke one of these when installing it. Be careful the break relatively easily. It seems to stay in place with only 3 of the posts.I had no problems programming it. I set it to automatically lock after you go in the door. This works well and consistently. I bought other digital locks with were not as reliable at locking themselves as this one.I haven't programmed my finger print. It has a doorbell function which sounds nice, but I have not gone to the trouble to figure out how it works. I sometimes accidentally set it off.The keypad if very sensitive. I often take 2 or 4 times to get the code correct because it think you were pressing another key, It is a little frustrating at times.I wanted a lever instead of a door handle in this location so that was the main driver for choosing this lock.Besides the sensitivity of the keypad I like this digital lock.

We have been very happy with our lock. Easy to use. Many features like the thumbprint recognition and passcodes.

We love our new set up. It works great. The only problem we had with it was I think to do with to cold weather. It was in the -10 area with wind chill for a couple of weeks. It wasn't reading our finger prints, and we had to use the keys to lock it. Not sure why this happened. Didn't think the cold weather would affect it like that. Once the cold spell was over it started working right again. Can lock and unlock again the way we're supposed to. Even the timed lock feature work right again. Would still recommend this even though we had that issue.

This is a simple and useful device that automatically locks itself after 5 seconds, although it cannot be adjusted. However, its fast and accurate fingerprint reader allows for quick unlocking in less than a minute, so the locking time is not a problem. It also works well in very cold temperatures, as demonstrated by its successful operation at -33C (-24F) in Montreal. Overall, the device is impressive and very sturdy considering its price point and is recommended.

Purchased this smart lock to replace my old lock. Never bother with keys any more as this smart lock support fingerprint as well as hundreds of passcodes. I added fingerprint for everybody in my family. It's so convenient. It also works with a very handy app, which manages your fingerprints, passcodes, etc. The installation is very easy. I just followed the 2-min video under the product and had no problem at all.

The lock functions well and the voice prompts for programming are helpful. The lock was also easy to install and did not require any drilling in the door. The fingerprints, codes, IC fobs, and the physical keys all work well. The lock comes with 3 physical keys and 2 IC fobs. It takes 4 AA batteries, and is really easy to replace. I also appreciate that it does not use any Allan keys, just a regular phillips-head screwdriver. The customer service is really helpful and attentive. If you want to improve your door handle, this lock is a no-brainer.

I'm happy with the device. It works pretty well. A few things to consider when purchasing:1) There's no manual lock mechanism on the inside, so if you want the door to stay unlocked for a while you have to hit the number pad, press *#, wait, press 3, wait, press 4, wait, press 1 -- which is super inconvenient. 2) My kids keep hitting in codes or putting finger prints on the pad that it doesn't recognize and it automatically LOCKS with no digital override from the outside. We were all stuck outside for a while the other day when this happened! There's no way to configure it otherwise -- I don't even have the option. 3) There is a mechanical key override, but the device is so huge that the pre-existing deadbolt above it prevents using the key physically. 4) The keycode MUST be 6 digits with no option to configure -- super annoying that you can't choose a code that's 4 digits like other brands (especially considering it automatically locks after 5 failed attempts anyway -- seems like a useless "security feature").That being said for the money it's not bad. Install was a breeze. Changing batteries is a dream relative to the old digital doorknob that I had.
