The product tastes great! taking it as a shot half an hour before meals really helped curb cravings. Made me feel fuller for longer so didn't feel the need to snack. I find other products make me feel really bloated but this didn't. No side effects. Great price too :-)

These are not unpleasant to drink but a word of warning, do make sure you drink them immediately after making it or they turn into jelly type gloop in your glass. The jelly gloop is how they regulate your eating as I imagine it sits in your stomach making you feel fuller before you eat. Slight residue left in the glass afterwards but they do work to stop you overeating. 3 stars because it’s literally only the gloop stopping you eating

Save your money, just a orange drink that so called make you feel fuller 👎 Rubbish 🗑️ did as the instructors said an nothing still felt hungry as always in the last evening, personally I like my money 💰 back

Sadly around half of the packets are solid, and not powder, very difficult to dissolve. Does seem to suppress my appetite, I'm not eating so much or snacking s have only consumed half the box so not able to report back on weight management yet. Nice taste no nasty side effects.

I'm a bit 50/50 with this. The first time I used it to fill me up it worked great but after that Ive noticed it doesn't last as long as thought. After 3 hours I was hungry again. I am using this to try and loose some weight. Maybe it's the time of day I'm taking it that makes the full feeling not last long, I'm not sure. And definitely drink it straight away as it thickens quickly in the glass.

No sure on these I think they do help but pigging out over xmas isn't a good test or is it, I did eat more than normal but I do think these helped a bit lol

Did give me a bit of diarrhoea but I think they helped with extra fibre
