Great skins just take care NOT to over fill them or they will split as others are finding and blaming the skins.

Easy to Use!
Easy to Use! Easy to glide on & off.....oops sounds like putting on a condom.......but hey....you can eat these and they are superb!! Holds the meat in place (lol) and does not deflect from the seasoning of the meat (lol).Brilliant product & highly recommended!

Be careful reading label
It was my first attempt at making sausages so I bought these 28mm casings as it states. Then when I recieved them the label said it was for nozzle size of 19mm so they didn't fit. They should state this on the preview not 28mm

Ignore the instructions - you absolutely must soak these!!
These are absolutely ideal for sausage making with a 15mm sausage tube but you must ignore the instructions and soak them in warm water otherwise they will not go onto the sausage tube.
