VIVO Ultra Wide Screen TV and Monitor Desk Mount, Adjustable Height and Tilt Stand for Screens up to 42 inches, Black, STAND-V101C

I was looking for a mount for my Dell U4919DW 49" Ultrawide monitor. This class of monitor is a bit awkward to find mounts for because most single screen mounts aren't rated for this weight, and those that are are typically dual mounts. I wanted a mount that would fix the monitor at my desired height and not take up a lot of space. I didn't want an adjustable arm; in my experience those place the screen lower than I want and for a 49" screen it's not really practice to swing and move around the desk. This mount comes with a variety of hardware for mounting to different VESA mount sizes, but none of the included screws are compatible with the Dell U4919DW which has a recessed VESA mount; the mounting plate included with this mount is too large and requires using the included spacers. The included hardware has large/long bolts that won't help here, but you can pick up 4x M4 25mm Steel Pan Head Machine screws on amazon for a few dollars (eg: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F32E91G). The mount is sturdy and, despite its simple and basic construction, it looks good and has nice clean lines. Replacing the Dell monitor mount frees up 1 square foot of desk space which makes my desk feel more open again. Assembly was straightforward once I had sourced the longer M4 screws that I needed for my monitor.

I ordered this to mount a Samsung UN40KU6300 (a 40" 4K display) to my desk and free up a bit of space that the stand was previously taking up. This TV has a 200x200 VESA mounting pattern, and this was one of very few budget-oriented desk mounts for such a large display. In the box, it includes a 100x100 VESA mount and extension brackets to adapt it to 200x200. Based on the images, I expected the extensions to be attached already. Attaching them was easy enough, but the problem came in angling them appropriately--there's a few degrees of rotation for each of the extensions, and you need to have them at the right angle in order to thread the screws in for the TV. This was perhaps the longest part of the installation. It's also worth noting that the included M8 screws are only 20mm in length, and couldn't even reach the threading in the TV when using the including washers as instructed. I purchased 30mm M8 screws from a local store and used one of the included 5mm spacers along with a washer for each screw. (25mm M8 screws would've been ideal for this specific monitor, but the store did not have any in that length.) After attaching the pole to the desk and the mounting bracket to the TV, all that's left is putting it together. You'll probably need an additional person to help for this part (particularly for displays that are large or towards the heavier end of this mount's weight limit), or at the least something to keep the display raised up to the desired height while you tighten the screws. There are two screws to tighten, one controlling the height and one for tilt. Do not expect to be moving the display up or down with this mount--you'll need to loosen the screw while someone (or something) else holds the display up, and then re-tighten it at the desired height. Overall, installation probably took about an hour and wasn't too bad. Had it not been for the trouble in getting the mount (with extension brackets) to line up with the display's 200x200 VESA mount and the short length of the included screws, I would've given this product 5 stars.

Bought this desk mount for my LG Oled C3 42 inch TV to raise it from the desk. I needed a desk mount instead of an arm since I never move the TV. I just wanted to raise it higher on my desk to be better aligned with my eye level. You can of course rotate the tv and tilt it a little bit as well. The stand is simply great. Very sturdy on my raisable IKEA Uppspel desk which is made in cooperation with Asus ROG. I've attached before and after photos of my setup. It took some time to adjust the mount and I really think it's a 2 persons job. The clamps mount just fine on the IKEA Uppspel table. I even have a Philips Hue led strip in between the clamp and the table. Everything comes in the box and I used the extra plates (which are included in the box) to enlarge the tv-VESA holes to 300 x 200 to match the dimensions on the C3 42. For references I used the M6 (6mm) bolts from the package which came with the stand. Highly recommended product!

This is a great monitor stand that is handling my large 43" 4K monitor easily. It looks great and was easy to install (comparable to other good monitor stands). The only complaint I have is that the tilt adjustment is so minor, it basically doesn't tilt. If you want something that really tilts more than 5 degrees, get a different mount.

The mount seems to be sturdy with my 49" Samsung monitor. The monitor's mounting system is a little goofy and required some modification. Samsung includes a conical metal disk for VESA mounting, however the tiny pre-threaded holes for the disk to mount attachment didn't inspire confidence as they're super small M4 threads. I drilled out the Samsung disk mount holes to accept M5 nut, washer, and bolt combinations. Note that this VIVO mount doesn't even include screws as small as M4 so you will either have to drill them out and use your own larger nuts and bolts, or go purchase hardened M4 screws for this Samsung monitor. Be careful with these large monitors. You can't lay them flat (risk of cracking the screen) so you must hold it while attaching the mount. Make sure you have all hardware and tools handy to make this happen.

This isn't a bad mount - but it does have 2 fatal flaws. It has no rotation adjustment and the metal backets are two pieces which means if the metal isn't perfectly cut you will have a major offset. Having some sort of way to adjust the tilt, rotation and pivot would make this mount perfect.

Got the delivery within 2 days wasn't sure if it would hold my 36" TV. The assembly took a bit of time which was fun and sturdiness is fantastic. Built like a tank holds the TV perfectly in place without any titling or any other issues. Delivery, Price & Functionality 10/10. Highly recommend.

I installed the VIVO Ultra Wide Screen TV and Monitor Desk Mount (STAND-V101C) to free up desk space, and it has been a solid addition. The mount securely holds my 36” Monitor, providing adjustable height and tilt for optimal viewing angles. Assembly was straightforward, and the sturdy design ensures stability. However, the pole height is fixed, which places the screen closer to the desk than I prefer; an additional 2-3 inches would have been ideal. Overall, it’s a reliable mount that effectively supports larger screens, enhancing my workspace.

There are no other available desk mounts of this type so if you are through to desk mount your TV you are pretty much stuck with this choice. Still, it is the right choice! The quality is very good, the packaging comes with all the accessories you will ever need (you will need to have your own screwdriver, though). One lesson learnt: while the pictures show that only "perfect squares" VESA mounts are supported, this also support the rectangular shaped mounts, such as 200x300 and 300x400. So if your TV needs this kind of mounts, you are set with this and do not need any additional adapter/accessory.
