I manage a 400-unit apartment community and we recently added this mantel to a few of our units that were missing them. It’s honestly a night and day difference compared to the basic white mantels they originally had. This one has a much more custom, high-end look and really elevates the space. The quality is great, and it instantly made the living room feel warmer and more finished. Definitely worth it if you’re going for a more upscale vibe.

I had actually ordered another mantle and waited OVER 1 month for them to tell me it wasn’t coming and they had to cancel the order, so I started my search again and ordered this one. It’s “ok,” but not great. There are only FOUR screws keeping the piece of wood that holds this mantle in the wall, and then 4 on top and even then you have to drill the holes into the wood. I made sure my new mirror was hung very well, because if it falls, the mantle is going w/it. The quality is not great (and maybe a fluke.) There is somewhat of a split in the side. The coloration is definitely inconsistent. For the price I definitely expected more from this piece. Because of where it is, only my husband & I will really know the “issues” with it. I do like the distressed look. I do think it needs a better mounting system. I put up shelves that I received from Amazon the same day and they had TWICE the amount of screws and only half the length.

Loved this mantel so much, it really brought my whole entertainment center to the next level!! Not to mention, its also very sturdy and made out of great material - doesn't look cheap at all.

Great look. Easy to mount. My only concern is that it didn't arrive with the pre-drilled holes on the top as advertised. I drilled my own, but it's not as clean as using a drill press. Overall, it seems decently solid on the wall as long as we don't put anything on there that is too heavy.

Looks great!It is easy to install but the dry paint may smear a little bit on your wall if you rub it up against the wall a lot while getting the height right and getting it in place. I'd recommend wiping it down before rubbing it on the wall.
