I found this book to be very enlightening, informative and enthralling . Despite all of the negative information about Pablo Escabar, this book also shows his good and humanitarian side. His brother (who wrote this book) does not pull any punches and fully acknowledges the terrible actions of Pablo of which is has first hand knowledge, but he also tells about the absolute untrue actions his brother was accused of being responsible for doing. I truly enjoyed this book.

Very detailed history of both the people and the country. While the crazy manhunt was going on, I remember reading about it and thinking there must be more to this story. We hear only what the people in power want us to hear.

Ok book if interested in Pablo's case but offered nothing new about it. Just a scratch on a surface which was a little dissapointing.

This is an amazing account of the life of Pablo Escabar and his extended network of cartel members and how they amassed huge wealth and fame. The irony of becoming one of the 10 wealthiest men in the world and at the same time the most notorious criminal on the planet enticed me to read this book.The impact Escabar had on the American economy was irreversable. A true non-fiction work that was impossible to put down.

This was a very intresting look at Pablo Escobar life. Some of your questions will be answered about pablo like: How much money did he make? The Different types of Transportation he used to ship the Drugs? How he began his life in the drug trade? How Pablo was raised? Overall this book keeps you interested and is a very well written book, although the book is written by Pablo's brother some stories seem a little hard to believe but a very good book, must read.

This is is a very good book. If you like reading true life experience books you will enjoy Escobar. . The book is written from a personal perspective by Escobar's brother. I would recommend this book .
