Q: Can anyone tell me about your experience using this melter with beeswax? Any info on your experience is much appreciated.

Many people, including beekeepers, use this to make beeswax candles for their businesses. It works great for beeswax!

Q: How heavy is the pot?

The pot is only a couple pounds (or approx. 1 Kg) when empty. I tend to load in around 6 pounds of wax at a time, but it can clearly hold about 50% more.

Q: Can you remelt unused wax in the pot?

yes you can, I never add color dye or fragrance in mine and I always have a little bit of wax left in the bottom and I have even had it half full and remelted just fine
