I purchased 2 sets for the grandkids for Christmas. We finally set up one set this past week. During install the rachet straps were shown to be dangerous. The straps are not even tight enough for the kids to climb and the rachets broke. I tried taking pictures of the issues but it's hard to get pictures of the exact issue. I tried putting in for replacement with seller but it says last day to return was 1/31. Yes, it took about a month to install one set but it's winter time. We waited for a good day to go outside. I don't even know if I want to waste my time putting up second set. Complete waste of money and disappointed kids. They were so looking forward to climbing.
