These pillows are of the highest quality imaginable! They are firm, comfortable and well-constructed. The memory foam is shaped into a good, rounded 'pillow' shape which is incredibly supportive and is perforated throughout to prevent overheating. There is a cotton cover over the pillow itself and a removable 'protector' made from a soft and comfortable bamboo-based material which is contoured to the shape of the pillow. No expense had been spared in the development and workmanship that has gone into the construction of this item. They are very expensive but well worth every penny. Buy them if you can afford them - you won't regret it. I am highly satisfied and totally convinced they will last me for a good many years to come.

My original 3 Star review criticised this product because it was too small and dense (which appears in hindsight due to it being crammed it into a bag half it's volume), but within a few days it expanded and is now quite comfortable, so my initial disappointment has dissipated to a large extent.When my pillow (singular) arrived my first thought was that only one had been sent in error, but there is only one pillow for nearly £40 which is quite expensive; it is very heavy as well.I have updated my rating to 4 Stars which reflect its eventual comfort.

I suffer of chronic head and neck pains and before I started using this pillow I was also waking up with a stiff upper back. This is a hard, top quality, genuine memory foam pillow. I am so pleased I found it, it has improved the quality of my sleep immeasurably and made a big difference with a marked reduction in aches and pains. I cannot sleep without it and since the rest of the family has quickly caught on to its merits we are already thinking of getting a third one!

This is the best pillow I have come across upto now and I have tried what feels like hundreds. Best point for me it's lower than most, medium to slightly soft. Being lower as not to bend your head and neck up reducing strain. Another good point is it doesn't make me hot. All very good quality at Amazons price as it is a lot dearer elsewhere.

As I often have pain in my neck I was looking for a pillow that would maintain it properly while sleeping and I must say I'm not disappointed. I didn't have any trouble for it to get its shape but I think it's necesary to wait few hours before using it. Also, this pillow is made for people who like to sleep a bit high due to its thickness.

Solid piece of foam, very good quality.I do not understand people saying it is flat! It is anything but..... and you don't have to "fluff" it up during the night!Gives me good support.

Very comfortable pillow! I am a Physiotherapist over the years I have tried so many pillows. This is a great but! You would not be dissapointments if you are looking for good supportive memory foam pillow! Your neck will appreciate that!

This pillow is slightly more solid than my previous pillow so it will take a few days to get used to. So far I have slept well. Am impressed with this product.
