so far so good- I was not thinking this knife will be good to mince meats- but it was perfect in my first use- we'll see how long it's sharpness will going to last

Ok but too small

Horrible rusted after first use I made Sure to dry if off after wash still rusted

we were excited to buy this. we got into chopping our salad. we got the half moon knife and chopped with glee. it was not long lasting. the interest the chopped salad soon ended. and the knife is now on the bottom of sone drawer it is so odd shaped and sharp it always presents a cutting risk sitting in drawer.

OMG, this thing is both scary and wonderful. I've been using it for chopped salads and it is so easy to use. I actually feel much safer while chopping or slicing since both hands are out of the way of the blade when using it. It's big so will only fit down into the largest of bowls but it works great on a flat cutting surface. The scary part is washing it and storing it since it is very sharp, but I've found my method for both and so am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Fast minceing

Fantastic blade really does the job for chopping salads and such. The blade seems to be holding its sharpness. Be careful when using because it is very sharp.

Great tool for pro or novice cooks! Cuts prep time in half! Highly recommend.
