Is seal between glass and metal rim watertight, or does it harbour water rendering lid difficult to dry properly? (Other lids I've had leak here)

Lid is fine and water-tight. I've not had any problems with mine

Thank you for your email. I'm afraid we are unable to answer you question as we do not stock the earth frying pan, however in theory a 30cm lid should fit a 30cm pan.

Where is it manufactured?

It is produced, tested and manufactured in our own factory in Jiangmen, China. As we own the factory, we also have full control of the quality of the products we deliver. We take pride in our factory, which is one of the most advanced cookware-producing factories in the world, awarded with multiple ISO certificates for efficiency, environmentally friendly production and social responsibilities. Our factory is a multi ISO-certified (9001:2008 and 14000:2004) manufacturing plant which we control a 100% with a very tight co-operation with our offices in Belgium and New York. We organize 4 internal audits per year and more than 6 from external organisations which scan the manufacturing process, the environmental impact and the quality of the work environment of our staff. Our very goal is to create a sustainable safe product; it would be very contradictive if the manufacturing of it, is not. In the factory, we have a quality check team, equipped with the necessary tools to constantly check the quality and safety of our cookware. Also, be aware that GreenPan does not have any potentially harmful material or chemical in both the pans and their non-stick coating, neither during the production. Does the heat transfer through to the handle? I am looking for a replacement lid to fix this issue with my current pans.

Yes it does but not as much as previous pans I have had. I always use a small cloth on all of my pans, so I personally do not see this as a problem.
