I don't know what this is, but it is not the previous version of this product that I have bought locally from shops in my area of Croydon. Dalgety had a perfectly good product with enough ginger to give the drink some heat and let you know that real ginger was involved and enough honey to convey the right amount of sweetness - some might say, too sweet, but it was perfect for me. I made this online purchase because it has become increasingly difficult to find this product locally as shops are swapping it out for product from other makers which are not nearly as good. I have to double up the teabags and add honey to get the taste that the previous version gave. You had a perfectly good product but this is not it! This is bland, with no ginger hit, no taste of honey, entirely disappointing. I'm still searching for the "strong" element in it. Strongly disappointing I think! Thank goodness that I only purchased the three-pack. I so very disappointed that I won't be buying this again until the original formula is back. This would have been a no star but you have to give a rating in order to submit the review so it's a begrudging one star.
