A very nice teapot

Absolutely beautiful colour size weight and value for money . Capacity is great not too big not too small . Pours nicey no leakage.

For those complaining about not holding 10 cups, yes it does BUT, they're the standard hotel room size tea cups, hold barely 2 mouthfuls! AND it definitely is bright white, not greyish in any way. This one looks small but it does hold 1.5l, measured it. (I actually wanted a 1.7l pot but couldn't find one). Filled almost to the opening with water and poured into a jug. It actually holds 4 standard mugs, or 3, large, 500ml mugs. Three of us, so this is perfect. Tried a preliminary pour, good flow and with it having a truly horizontal spout opening, tea does NOT dribble down the outside, nor does it overshoot the mugs. I bought this to alternate with another good pouring Union Jack teapot whilst it is being descaled/de-tanninned. 1 for use and 1 in the wash. I have a bigger M&S Harvest 2l teapot, with a horizontal spout, for when we have visitors. That's stoneware and far too heavy for me now, did my wrist in. Someone else has to pour. I bought a teapot by a completely different manufacturer via Amazon but it was a dreadful pourer. The spout had a downward inclined opening, tea overshot the mugs, going all over the counter top, staining it, and dribbled down the outside of the spout, staining that. We had to rest the spout on the mugs to pour. Not ideal. Family hated it. At the end of the week we'd had enough, they demanded I return it. We'll have to see what family think of this new one.

Good size teapot, will do ten small cups or about 6 larger ones. Pours well with no dripping or splattering. Really pleased, I’ll buy from this brand again.

Bought this as a birthday gift & recently found out the pour is terrible very disappointing.

Smaller than stated. I checked with a measuring jug and water. Adding teabags would reduce the volume again. Looks nice but get the fact right please
