I LOVE THIS BRACE!!! You can put the slip on brace on and use that, or you can use the wrap that comes with it too. You can even use just the Velcro wrap without the sock, or the sock without the wrap. The wrap is elastic and stretches wonderfully. The Velcro is fantastic! I was expecting 1 sock and 1 wrap, but to my surprise it came with 2 of each! 4 pieces total. And a damn great price too!! I was in a car accident in 2012, they had to put 2 long metal bars and a bunch of screws. So lately the swelling has been out of control, u can’t even get the swelling to go down by elevating and icing. It seems like it’s permanently swollen. This brace is a lifesaver! I would highly recommend to anyone with ankle injuries!!

I wore this sleeve for the first time today. I am a waitress and am on my feet all day, which aggrivated a severe ankle injury from 2012. For the first time in a year, my ankle did not hurt AT ALL today. The strap became a little uncomfortable after 7 hours so I removed it for the last hour. Wish I had heard about this earlier. Works better than the lace-up brace from my Dr. I bought a L but it didn't feel tight enough so I bought a M to compare. Returning the L. I wear a size 8 shoe and am 50ish lbs overweight so I started with the L. Hope this helps anyone questioning which size to get!

I was in a ton of pain from running (I am pretty sure I had tendentious) and nothing helped my pain all around my ankle. In desperation I bought these foot sleeves looking for relief. Seconds after I put the sleeves on my pain dropped down to almost nothing! I never write reviews but this product is so great I had to! Great product for runners!!

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and has trouble walking for shopping or jogging .Looked at some compression type garments for foot issues and come acorss this one which is amazing, somehow holds the arch and ankle so the pain subsides tremendously. The right amount of compression and soft, fairly thin ankles,helps with plantar fasciitis for me, which also included separate compression wraps . Anyway, won't heal plantar fasciitis, but this brought considerable relief from the pain.  so I could walk for longer.

This product is my savior. I have issues in my foot. I use to wear heavy metal to support my foot (as a kid). I walk a lot at work during the day and go to gym everyday and workout. My foot really hurts at night and need to provide support to it while I sleep otherwise I can’t walk properly the next day because of pain. These foot sleeves are perfect. I only wear it in one foot. They really help support my foot and keep it in place at night, they also help to relax the sole of my foot and also ease the nerves. They are really cheap and made of good material. Just make sure you wear them properly and really tighten the strap (if not, they won’t be of any use). Read the instructions properly if you have problem putting them on, they are pretty straightforward.I would definitely recommend this product to people who have issues in their lower leg/foot and/or often have foot pain due to injury pr any other reason.

The main reason why I purchased this is because I tweaked my ankle bowling preparing for an amateur bowling tournament. I wanted to make sure that my foot wouldn't bother me while bowling more than 12 games during the tournament.When I received it in the mail, I opened it up and put it on. Following really hard to follow the teeny tiny instructions on the side of the box. NOTE: There are larger instructions inside the box. I put the compression sock and brace on the ankle I was experiencing pain on. I walked around the house with it. Bent, went up and down stairs, jumped around, etc. Just tryiing to get a feel for it. I wore it while doing house chores for a few hours.The next time I wore it I went on a 14 mile hike. 8 miles day 1 and 6 day 2. Day one, I wore it on one ankle, and day 2 I wore it on both. It was very helpful with relieving my feet and ankle of pain. You do have to make sure that you position it to your liking, otherwise (obv) it will be pain instead of relief.The next time I wear these items, I am going to try wearing it without the compression sock. I ordered a small, and it seems that the sock might be a little too long for me. Yes, I can try pulling them up more. But, I don't want to restrict my calves.NOTE: Don't get the velcro onto the socks. It totally ruins the look of the sock. =]It does it's job.

I bought this for my husband. His ankle swells daily. Just the one ankle due to an old injury. He slid this brace on and said, "wow this feels great even without the straps". He decided to wear it for the day under his steel toed boot. His foot and ankle feel very supported and stable. He recommends this item to anyone who feels they would like solid support of their ankles. The box came with two ankle supports and two stable straps.
