I prefer to wear these shorts when either doing leg weight training or exercising on the elliptical machine. The snug fit along with the compression, I believe, enables my workout to last longer. You will sweat during strenuous activity while wearing these shorts. I originally ordered a size medium to fit my 32” waist only to find it wasn’t snug enough in the thighs. Reordered in size small and the fit was perfect. Highly recommend!

I ordered small and though that was ambitious, but it fit and it's comfortable. It's like a swimsuit that's easy to get in and out of. It even has a pocket! I don't enjoy this apparent pear shape I have that's highlighted when I fit it on, but that's on me. It has a breathable groin for much needed relief, so don't use talcum powder (that's been linked to cancer like the very air we breath, w/e). Good luck!

These shorts have been washed more than 10x and they still fit as they were fresh out the packaging. The material holds up like a champ and provide great comfort while working out and most importantly your sweating. great product I truly recommend these.

Giving it a 4 because of the stiff material. It does make you sweat and i enjoy that it has a tight fit. Purchased it because i wanted a pair of sweat pants that had a high waist. You will sweat with these pants.

I have worn many products like this but this is by far more comfortable with the breathing area in the crotch all the way down the legs. Was sweating after a minute just putting on my shoes. Went with the short ones/men's because my legs are thin just need help in tummy area and they fit great.
