I bought this as one of their new supplements (I already use their tumeric with great results - less knee inflammation), mainly having read that the holy basil, or tulsi, is known for anti-bacterial effects and being rich in antioxidants - needing to boost my immunity related to stress, and I’m actually already noticing less skin inflammation from my eczema. I take it in the mornings for it’s fresh zing.Most important to me is that this brand is 100% organic, concentrated, so only need 2 capsules, and also gluten free. Thumbs up, I find them easy to swallow and add to my morning routine, and will keep taking it.

I had the opportunity to try the Organic Holy Basil and I can say that compared to other products is definitely one of the best. Just looking at the ingredients and how they are sourced, it’s enough to choose this brand over your usual vitamins that you can get over the counter. I read about the wonders of holy basil and do I purchased. I only take one a day - at night - and they seem to help me sleep.They are natural so what’s not to like?!

I love this product! I absolutely love it. For me, this has been what I have been looking for, for the relief of stress, anxiety, and the feeling of woefulness. I no longer feel those unwanted emotions after taking one of these capsules. I so love how it relaxes my racing mind and raging emotions, and will begin to take one in the morning with my first meal of the day. And then a second, with my last meal of the day. Just to make sure that I am feeling no pain so to speak. Bonus is the Vitamin B6 that's included. I thank you True Veda, for your Holy Basil.

To be honest, I have fibromyalgia, and I am searching for the ultimate solution. I am taking many other medications. Including pharmaceutical.Recently, my flare-up has lasted for 2 weeks 😢.So have these helped my fibromyalgia? I would have to say no, but they could help others.I still give them 5 stars because they seem to be a good caring business .

These are really good capsules, but every time a buy a new bottle the price rises. When I fist purchased these they were under ten pounds. Now they are nearly fifteen.
