Haven’t used them for very long but they have definitely helped with painful heals and can walk for longer periods without discomfort. I am swapping them between footwear because I now don’t like walking without the arch support. They are reasonably expensive but the quality is good.

The product come quite good but I can not wear them unfortunately. They are too hard and the right foot it’s terriebiel. It’s put such much pressure in the meadle so I gave up. I think it’s just bad made because the left foot is not that bad and I think it was a bit helpful for my plantar fasciitis. The second thing is that insole moving to the front all the time.

I do not experience painful arches when I use these inserts and they are easy to keep clean, so no smelly feet. I am going to buy another pair.
