Fantastic 1-person air fryer!!
Absolutely love it!! It's brilliant and exactly what I was looking for as I had minimal countertop space available for it and I only need small/single portions. I mainly use it for 'boiled' eggs, crispy bacon, sausages, pizza quarters, or in place of the oven for single size portions of things like, chips, fries, hash browns, breaded fish. Have also used it to toast flat breads/hot cross buns, and to bake potatoes. I haven't used it to do much actual recipe/meal-type cooking apart from baked salmon in foil. But it's perfect for my needs. It's quiet, super easy to use, compact, energy efficient, and looks sleek and unobtrusive on the countertop. It washes/cleans easy. Though I would say the little grill tray that helps with air circulation (and is optional to use) hasn't fared as well. Hoping I can source a replacement of those. Can't recommend it enough. But do bear in mind it really is mini in size. I wouldn't say it does 2-person, more 1-person. Occasionally I've had to cut my breaded fish in half or carefully arrange things to get them to fit in the tray/drawer, but it doesn't affect the flavour/cooking!

An awesome little air fryer for small kitchens or campervans
What a brilliant little air fryer! We've owned a larger Cosori model for over a year now and it's performed flawlessly.Being a two litre model, this is never going to feed a family in one go, but for one-two people it does the job, and (more importantly) its wattage is low enough for our campervan! We use this plugged into a Bluetti EB70 and it draws a constant 870-890 watts with no surging or overloading. I can probably get 40-45 minutes of cooking time before the Bluetti gives up, so two 20 minute sessions (we have the Bluetti plugged into a solar panel for off-grid camping, and it needs a good 5-6 hours to recharge afterwards). The Cosori is simple to use and easy to clean (just remove the tray from the drawer and wash both by hand or in the dishwasher when you get home). We occasionally use 5.5 inch square paper liners depending upon what we're cooking because they're small enough to compress into this fryer whilst also being large enough to expand into our 3.5 litre model. It doesn't need time to warm up and it cooks effortlessly - the built-in options are fine to use and you don't need to adjust cooking times if you're already familiar with other models.I guess that if I wanted a cooked meal when camping then I could either break out my camping stove or visit a takeaway. But there's nothing like cooking tasty and nutritious food when surrounded by nature. This does it for me - buy one!

Light weight and easy to use.
This is a review of the Cosori 5.5 litre air fryer. Although I'm still learning to adjust cooking times and temps it really is so easy. You check on food, put the drawer back in and it carries on its programme, or you can change time or temperature. I use ordinary bowls and tins, have to find the right size (about 7.5-8 inches max) and protect the drawer's surface with baking paper underneath whatever you're using. Only put it under something do not have it in the drawer on its own while preheating because the fan will draw it up into the heating element. Likewise use a weight such as a rack to hold down lightweight food items. When using the basket drawer itself oil the food not the drawer I find works best, haven't got an oil sprayer. Frozen fish and chips cooked better in this than the oven. Washing up is quick and easy because the drawer is so light weight and separates very easily. It fits in an ordinary washing up bowl well enough too. I use a piece of kitchen roll to dry the slits in the side but you can just use the preheat setting to dry it in a hurry. I got the white one because I thought it would be less of a black lump sitting on the side and it was a good idea, looks nice. The only thing I could do with is one of those silicon bowl inserts but they seem quite expensive at the moment. I might get the square silicon replacement for parchment paper to protect the basket..The recipe book is 'translated' from American and is very useful if you are a dedicated meat eater, not so much for veggie or vegan but I am gradually adapting some things using the programmes for root or green veg. All in all a really good machine that will save on time and money on electricity as its so quick. Pretty much anything you'd cook in an oven can be cooked in this, more quickly and at a lower temperature, it tells you in the accompanying literature the exact proportion of reduction in these. There is a "shake" reminder too. 👍

Easy to use and big enough for a whole meal for one/two people
Just bought this for my elderly mum. Set it up yesterday for her and used it in the evening. Pretty straight forward for her. All seems good and the basket is adequately big enough for her to do a whole meal. Looks nice too. One very annoying point though was taking the packaging out of the tray and the residue from the sticky tape on the front of the tray was stuck on the front very firmly. It took forever trying to get the sticky stuff off trying very carefully not to scratch it. After a few YouTube videos it did in fact come off with white vinegar and a microfibre cloth! Took a while but managed it in the end (albeit frustrating)! However, so far so good!
