The media could not be loaded. only been in for a couple days and already gone like this, never had this happen with live moss.

Really? I just paid £9.00 for some dried dead moss ??
I thought I get some fresh moss for my terrarium, instead I got some dried and dead one ?? What I am suppose to to with it ? I am not Frankenstein and bring it back to life !?
