the ones i used are called 'Luer Lock Syringe Tip Caps' i believe they can also be purchased from amazon.hope this helps.regards

Q: Is there an adapter for 1/4" tubing? I want to try to use these for irrigation.

These are really fine gauges and I don t think they would work for normal irrigation with a 1/4 in tubing. They would work for really fine stream for irrigation with a syringe. Hope that maybe helped a little. Good luck

Q: Will these fit 1cc/1ml syringes that don't have a luer lock??

They are. Though, I am using mine mostly with the seeder (no luer lock), not with syringe.
