You'll need a hand or electric balloon pump to inflate this. (You could blow it up with a straw, but it will take forever.) Be careful not to overinflate or you'll pop it! The color is a pretty, metallic blue. There are small tabs at the top of the letters with a hole in the center so that you can run fishing line between letters and keep them all facing the same way. You can also deflate the letters when done and use them again. I have used this brand before and would get them again.

This is a big balloon. It was relatively easy to blow up. There is a straw included to inflate it. The color is vibrant. The kids love playing with it and it has held up very well. It's been a week so far and hasn't lost any air. I'm glad I was able to find letter shaped balloons for a more personalized decoration. The price is good and so is the product. I'm happy to be able to recommend.

You need giant letters in your life. These are perfect.

Letters are nice, but NOT even close to 40" !!! Definitely 32" or so !
