After using for more than one month only, the right side ear bud suddenly stops working, not connected, no traceability, it will not charge, etc. it affects the battery of the case , when it is put back in the case, it drains the battery immediately. I reset it to factory setting but no changes. This is not acceptable because i bought this item for almost 700 SAR. please contact me to resolve this issue. FYI, i have contacted Amazon KSA and they told me that the cannot help me on this matter , due to, this xiaomi ear buds was bought in Amazon UAE which outside KSA. Amazon PLEASE help me on this matter.
