I discovered this cleansing balm while traveling abroad a few years ago and have been using it ever since. I have rosacea, and it never irritates my skin. The balm-to-oil formula gently removes makeup—even waterproof—and the combination of shea butter and coconut oil leaves my skin soft and nourished. Highly recommend for sensitive or reactive skin. I would actually rate this product a 10!
