They stay in place and give excellent cushioning & support. I have worn them for a week and they are very comfortable. I wear a size 11 shoe and the large fits perfectly. I wear sandals a lot, and by far deserve the top rateing. They work well in shoes, sandals and bare feet. They provide comfort, cushioning, and ease of cleaning. The padding is extra thick with the void in the center of the heel. It does an excellent job of mitigating the pain I was experencing in the center of my heel. Unsure if my pain will be chronic, but this product makes walking & running tolarable now. Easy to wash and care for, and they provided 2 pads so I can alternating while one is drying. I am Very Happy, 5 star ***** excited with performance of this product compared to several others I purchased. I am purchasing another pair today as extras, since sandals do tend to wear items like this out quicker than normal. Normally I do not write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with others suffering with the same heel pain I have. This product works. SIDE NOTE: I tried several heel pads and protectors, and had mixed results. The worst heel protector was made by TPVEEN. There may be worse, but I only tried 3 different vendors.

They help some, but after time end up hurting as much as helping. Too bulky for shoes, very hard to fit into sneakers. Nice quality, and I like that they velcro on, but could have been less bulky and more comfortable foam.

They are a black material cushy cup with velcro to hold it on.. not impressed. Im going to try it on my foot... bu not hopeful. 1 23 26.. wore one today on my foot... it bunched up and was not at all helpful. I'm sending the pair back.. Very disappointed.. the dollar store ankle brace seems to be working best for me so far...

Easy on/off. Comfortable. Purchased to add a bit more length to my right leg which is now shorter than the left due to knee replacement surgery. I tend to go barefoot so this was a great find as it alleviates hip pain from legs being uneven. I only wear one on the shorter leg. Would be great for heel pain, as intended. Comfortable to walk on. Soft cushion feel. Love them!

Too thick, raises my heel to high which makes my foot slide forward with each step.
