Re-sizing these types of bracelets is not for the faint of heart or poor of vision. I have others of this type of magnet bracelets & have resized 2 of them. Neither operation was easy & without a jeweler's loupe, nearly impossible to actually see the tiny fitting while working on them.So, it was with great pleasure that I realized that the size of this bracelet was close enough to properly fitting my wrist that I need not attempt a resizing. Yes, it's a bit loose & if it weren't such a pain, I'd probably take out one link, but it's close enough. I've found that a bracelet that fits too snuggly against my skin can really get tight if I wear it overnight & it works its way to just the spot on my arm where it becomes a minor little tourniquet. A tight bracelet also gets sweaty in the summer.The polish & finish of this bracelet is very nice without any pitting or markings. It's withstood any & all abuse I've thrown its way.As for the different magnets & their properties. There's no explanation about how they work or what each is supposed to offer in terms of therapeutic benefits. When I Googled for info my results only turned up additional links for other bracelets. No 'science' behind the claims. I've noticed no change to a sore elbow joint after wearing it for several days.

Due to former jobs and risky situations I haven't worn any type of jewelry in many years. The instant I laid eyes on EMMORI Ultra Strength Magnetic Bracelet I was interested in wearing it. I choose the black and gold version which I think look great together. The bracelet comes accompanied with what appears to be a link removal tool. This is not needed as my wrist size appears to be at the maximum for the bracelets fit.I find EMMORI Ultra Strength Magnetic Bracelet to be a beautiful piece that I really enjoy wearing. It is weighted and kind of heavy making it noticeable for the wearer, at least at first. . I am not sure about the magnetic effects other than my personal magnetic desire to wear the bracelet.In ways it seconds as a fidget device as I am fascinated with the links, magnets, weight, look, feel even to the point where I will spin my wrist quickly to feel the links slide. I was thrilled from the moment I laid eyes on the bracelet. We will be spending lots of personal time together.

I'm not usually a bracelet guy, but I love this one!I'm not too certain on the science behind the whole magnetic thing, but I'm willing to give it a shot because it looks really nice.I also love that this comes with a tool to resize it. My daughter got a similar design and it didn't come with any way to adjust it. Now I can adjust hers with this included tool.Overall, this is a really attractive bracelet that'll go well with anything you decide to wear.
