Works Beautifully - Easy Peasy!
Follow the directions, and this product works absolutely perfectly. I registered our SIM cards two days before leaving for London (three days before arriving) and during the overnight flight, switched out the SIM cards. When we landed in London, turned the phones on and presto - we were on Three's network with our London phone numbers assigned. Traveled to Paris for a day and the phones worked perfectly there as well. Saved a TON of money versus trying to use a daily international plan from a US carrier. Yes, our US-based phone numbers stopped working - but there are ways around that. Highly, highly recommend and will use again should the need arise.

Avoid at all costs.
Disappointing Experience with an International Prepaid SIM CardI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with an international prepaid SIM card that I purchased for my trip to Europe and London. Unfortunately, my overall impression of the service was overwhelmingly negative, and I regretted my decision to rely on this particular SIM card provider. To begin with, the setup process seemed promising. The SIM card claimed to be easy to install, and it did live up to that expectation. However, my initial excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I realized the abysmal data speeds I was experiencing. It was nothing short of horrific, rendering the SIM card practically useless.Having bought the SIM card to stay connected during my travels, I found myself constantly struggling with slow or non-existent internet access. Basic tasks such as browsing the web, checking emails, or using messaging apps became a painstaking ordeal. It was incredibly frustrating to witness such subpar performance, especially considering the reliance we have on digital connectivity in this day and age.Ultimately, the poor speeds of the prepaid SIM card forced me to abandon it altogether and purchase a different one as soon as I arrived in Europe/London. Not only did this inconvenience waste my time and money, but it also left me feeling let down by the product's false promises. While I understand that network performance can vary depending on location and other factors, I expected a reliable and efficient service given the international nature of the SIM card. Unfortunately, it failed to deliver even the most basic level of connectivity, leaving me questioning the provider's claims of global coverage and high-speed data.In conclusion, my experience with this international prepaid SIM card was highly disappointing. Its initial ease of setup was overshadowed by the horrendously slow speeds, making it practically unusable. I would strongly advise others to explore alternative options when it comes to purchasing a prepaid SIM card for their international travels, as this particular provider failed to meet even the most basic expectations of reliable and efficient data connectivity.

Work without problem
The instruction mentioned that you need to activate the number at least 3 days before, and we did that, as soon as we change SIM card in the airport everything works great, unlimited text and call, enough data for 2 weeks. For some reason one of the 2 SIM card canโt send photo in the text from iPhone to android, but not a big deal we can use other app to send pictures.

Fine for data, but local phone/SMS didn't work - said I needed to top up.
Purchased this in the U.S. for use in the U.K. I was able to register this mostly ok (took 2 times). The data worked fine, but I wasn't able to use any phone or SMS services while there. I tried in vain to get support to help, but gave up after spending too much time trying to figure out why any local phone call got me an error saying I needed to top up. It appears that although phone and SMS are "unlimited", you need to pay for minutes, which doesn't really make any sense to me.

ESsims are easier to user
Priced right and worked well. Next time I will order an Esim online instead so I don't have to wait for the card.

Fantastic product. Works like a charm for one month.
I was very satisfied with this product!! Last month, I traveled to Europe for one month and bought this product ahead. I followed all the instructions that were clear and comprehensive. Once in Europe, I traveled to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and each time, I could get and send text messages, phone calls and check my emails and apps on my iPhone. At any time! I have never had a problem. Every time, I was crossing a country border, it would alert me and the phone calls/messages would resume without fail. I am not very knowledgeable in SIM cards but was SUPER happy with this product and will definitely buy it for my future travels.

Not good coverage and super slow in London
My family had a plan to travel in London from June 19, so I ordered two 25G sim cards. I activated them on June 16 online when I was in USA following their instructions. On the airplane to London, I switched the ATT sim to this Three sim, on my two 5G unlocked android phones. In London Gatwick airport, I received messages to show all my two Three Sim cards are working now and get a UK phone number, great. ๐But when I checked these messages, they gave me a big Surprise ๐. I ordered two 25G Sim cards, as said in their ads, with unlimited talk and text, fast 5G network. One Sim had only 50 G data, need pay 10p per minute talk or per message. The other Sim had only 5G data with 3000 minutes for talking and 3000 text messages. What ๐ฎ? Ordered two same cards, eventually got different service packages? No sense ๐ฒ.The worst things are coming.1) During the trip from Gatwick airport to London eye, most of places only show one to two or zero bars. In the under-ground subway stations, definitely out of service.2) In the London eye area, signals were good but internet speed was slow ๐.3) CANNOT make a phone call to my daughter, who has a UK Three phone service. Both cards on different phones failed to call out my daughter. The voice told us that we didn't have enough money on it?!4) But we can call each other with the two phones. ????I wrote an email to customer service, asked for explanation and fixation, still waiting for their solutions. Based on my experience for only half day in London, I definitely not recommend it to my friends.
