Brilliant so good for people who have fibromyalgia and lower back pain.

Works pretty well for my back , could just do with being a bit stronger

I buy these on behalf of my 90yr old mum, she swears by them and is able to apply herself without any problems.

Excellent value and work well

I reordered these as they've always helped with Back and Neck pain when needed. But this time, as another review mentioned, they have changed. And it's not for the better. The backing is one piece instead of two, they are much more sticky, and they smell strong. I used to put one on and forget about it. This time, I put one on and had to take it off after 10 minutes. It wasn't just heat, it burned! What you see in the photo is after just 10 minutes, I can only imagine what it would be like if I'd left it on like I always have. I definitely won't be ordering these again, and would advise others not to either.

I have chronic pain and had been buying these regularly and they'd been working great.Up until my last order the back peeled off on two section like a normal plaster,my latest order it comes off on one piece...this lot I cannot leave on for more than five minutes it burns my skin so much...I don't know if the balm on the plaster is different or it's the glue but it's intensely sore and up until this order when the backing has changed I've had no problem..I'm so disappointed as they were my go to when I was on a lot of pain 😭
