Substantially less $$$ than OEM or parts store a big plus. Fit perfectly and work as they should. Good quality and I would buy again if necessary.

They need to improve the packaging a little more. The turbo is good but the packaging is not.

Good so far

This product malfunctioned on March 18th with less than a thousand miles on it, and a little over a week before the warranty ran out. My husband was very sick, and he passed away 5 days after the turbocharger malfunctioned, so I couldn’t get it in for repairs until April 7th for obvious reasons; I appealed to the company to honor the warranty because of the circumstances; however, they declined to do so, and offered me a 10% discount on purchasing a new one in lieu of honoring the warranty. My advice is do not buy from this company; get your parts from Ford instead: prices are higher, but their turbochargers come with a 2 year warranty instead of a 1 year, and you will get a better quality product, and have peace of mind.

Nice turbocharger, they fit like they should. Only complain̈t I have. Spend that kind of money, put a decent exhaust manifold gasket in the bag. Had to go buy two

So.... I just bought these as an alternative to the OEM ones since they are substantially cheaper. The first thing out of my mechanics mouth after installing them says "How did it run before, was it gutless? This doesn't seem to run well... it's a bit gutless." lol So, I can say that my other turbos which I'm assuming were originals as I don't know, I bought the truck used were definitely better in the beginning but these brand new ones are not performing I would say as good as the OEM ones. I'm just tired of sinking so much money into an F150 Ecoboost... I thought maybe this would suffice. So, as the old turbos were going bad and I definitely lost power... these ones are doing better than the others I had on previously. I would say though if you can find a good deal on OEM orignals. Probably a better way to go. I will report back and in a week or so and let the world know how they are doing. Maybe they just need time to adjust in. Who knows So it has been a week of driving. The turbos haven't blown up yet or anything bad. The truck definitely doesn't have the power I would like it to have. Its hard getting the truck up 100K/hr. Haven't had it out on the highway yet... but they kinda gind when I get the rpm's up to around 2.5-3k. So I thought to write another review on these Turbos.... its now Dec8th. I bought these back in June and had them installed not long after. They are holding up fairly well. I had other issues with the trucks timing chain and phazers and other issues that needed correcting. Now that that has been done... the truck has much more power and speed than before. I think there is still some issue with the oil supply line to the turbos. I'm having this issue where the truck bursts out tons of smoke on start up. This is NOT because of the turbos... just another design flaw with the F150 Ecoboost. Overall... I would recommend these turbos.

Seems to be a good product. But damaged not being taken care of looks like it got chucked around holes in box plus scuffed up. The other turbo I ordered it was too damaged to keep I had to send it back.
