The flavor is this amazing mixture of hot spices and hinted sweetness. The thickness is just like a jam. I love putting this on my hambergers, pot roasts as a glaze, also if you do two spoons of this mix it with a block of cream cheese it makes a really bomb dip everyone will love. The heat is there and it doesnt last long like others would making for a longer enjoyment with every bite of food you put this on! Ghost Scream has the best recipe you could ask for. 100/10 ill always buy this jam and my family loves it too. I was at a winterfest when i first met these guys they are an awesome company and they did samplers of all they have listed here too and i can tell you i loved them all.

So I first tried this when the maker came to the New Mexico State fair in 2019. Tried it with the jam mixed with cream cheese on a cracker at his booth. Delicious with a good but not crazy amount of spice. I have bought more and been using it on all kinds of food for a sweet and spicy kick. Very good with dip and breakfast sandwiches personally but goes good with a lot of stuff.I will definitely keep buying this.

The flavor is this good melange of heat, sweetness and smokey garlic. Taste is very personal thing and your milage may very and you may like dark smoked garlic, I prefer subtle hints of spice with heat of pepper. I could use less smokiness in garlic as it over powered the flavor and this almost begged for mixing with cream cheese or dairy based dips.With Jam like consistency it is easy to spread and mix.My use is mostly with crackers, bread and vegetable platter on charcuterie board. Makes for good conversation starter :) at parties.

This was recommended by a local chef, he put a small dallop to his deviled eggs and a little quince. It has been the hit of every party. I put it in a ziplock bag and clip the end to put on top of eggs or cheese.

This stuff is so stinking good. I first tried it (while very much pregnant) at a fair a few years ago and I thought I wouldn’t be able to get anymore ever again. I was so happy to see it here. The formula is the exact same. Super great on English muffins or anything you can stand some heat with sweet on.

I wasn’t even looking for a jam, I was looking for chili paste, and I found an amazing one (gluten-free and grown and made in the US!) under the same label. When I saw they also made this hot & sweet jam, I couldn’t pass it up, and I am so glad I didn’t. It is just WOW! Not only that, but I needed the chili paste for Christmas Dinner and it wasn’t scheduled to arrive until a week after Christmas (I was ordering pretty late). I ordered anyway and sent the company a note asking if they could expedite and they were very kind, shipped immediately, and I got both items two days before Christmas. That’s service! Thank you!
