I fell on my knees and at my age you take longer to heal, but this spray was most welcomed. From the moment I received it I sprayed my knees and within 1 minute then pain was gone or I was no longer able to feel it 🙂. No stickiness, very effective, last a long time nice cooling effect would recommend.

This is good for pain because it freezers it numbs pain .very easy to use just spray on the area that is painful it’s good value for the money

This is great for my agonising knee pain. A couple of sprays and doesn't leave any residue on my skin, it's a great product.

I use a well known brand of freeze spray but tried this cheaper version. Unfortunately it's not very good or very cold. I'll go back to the more expensive version.

Works great on bad backs body pain as told by back specialist. Heat pads not good for bad backs

Why did you choose this product over others?:This was not expensive and I can see why. No use at all. It is not cold, hence the one star.
