Urban Chrome Trim Ballpoint Pen with Medium Nib - Black, Gift Boxed

This is a beautiful pen, it looks premium and has a nice weight to it. Bought as part of a gift for my sis. It looks quality, I use Parker every day so I have no doubt it will perform Without any problems. Very happy.

I've had my eye on this pen for a while, when I lost the Parker pen I was using, it gave me an excuse to purchase another one for myself and I'm glad I did! The pen comes well presented - as do most Parker pens - in a black box with a checked design, this has a gold coloured lid with the Parker logo on top. Inside the pen sits on a soft touch cloth material and is held down by two elastic cords, then covered with a golden ribbon. The pen feels great in the hand, not too light and not too heavy. Both the very top of the pen and the bottom where you grip it, have a slightly glossy, metal finish, it looks very nice. The upper body of the pen has a matte black finish with an unusual design which can be seen in the product picture. The materials used and the build quality are of a very high standard, giving the pen a premium look and feel. I do however, have one small issue with the pen. When you pick the pen up, tap or shake it, there is a rattle which comes from the refill inside. This is a minor annoyance and doesn't change my view on the pen. This would be great as a present for someone, or to yourself. I believe it is worth the price, and I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this pen as I would soon need writing apparatus to take me through my exams. I have never even spent a 5th of the price of this on a pen before, so this review is a good insight if you are just a regular old bic user like myself, well until now. USAGE: you see I am left handed and so ink smudges when i write, however using this beautiful well weighted pen, the ink seems to dry the moment it touches the paper and so it does not smudge at all. the next thing to note about this pen is that it glides rather than the usual pressure one must apply, it is as if the pen writes for you. Now this may seem like rubbish, as it did to me pre-purchase, however upon using it i discovered this almost instantly. to prove this wasn't a placebo, i used the parker pen for a 2 hour exam, then 5 days later i used a bic pen for a 2 hour exam, and by the first hour of writing with the bic pen, my hand grew that strain of excessive writing, which was not present with the parker. The next thing i would like to mention about the urban parker pen is how splendid its heavy weight is, it is balanced just perfectly so that my messy handwriting actually looks readable with this pure brilliant pen. each cartridge lasts for ages, like seriously ages, so although they cost more i feel it saves money in the long run, i don't know exactly but each one lasts around 50 solid A4 pages for me, but maybe i am a light presser. finally the twist to make the nib appear is unmatched in smoothness, i get enjoyment just out of twisting it back and forth. LOOKS: its actually more shiny in person, and its size with noticeable curves means that when you get the pen out in an exam hall, people must think your a t**t but no seriously it looks really great and the top of the pen is of a shiny mirror like metal that reflects so nicely with sunlight that the pen appears to sparkle. If you are left handed this pen is honestly a life changer, if you have extensive writing coming up in your life, the pen will see you through it better than no other, and if you want to look important, only a parker pen could do that.

Really really beautiful pen, good weight and well balanced. I choose the all black version, mate and lacquered, wich is astonishing in my opinion, in fact is the first review that I am writting on amazon, the only down side unfortunately is that the lacquered part wich is really sensible and after one day of use at university, taking a really good and closer look I noticed that some micro marks apeared on the lacquer ...don't get me wrong, is not noticeble just if you know that are there or you are looking after them. (the mate black part it's fine) The pen is so great that I just bought another one, but this time in black and chrome trim not lacquered anymore! ☺

Absolutely stunning pen. A very nice weight, twist nib retract action is very smooth, and the pen writes beautifully. It has a nice blue ink. Absolute fantastic pen from Parker. Highly recommended.

Used to have a Parker back in the 90s as a school child (got it as a Christmas present) and i remember just how blown away i was with how good a Pen can be and feel when i 1st started using a Parker (it got stolen by the end of the day by some Adidas/nike air kid, but for that day i spent with it, i was unbelievably impressed, never got another unfortunately as it wasn't worth the heartache of knowing it would eventually have just got stolen again) Now nearing my 40s i thought id treat myself to one, and knowing its going to be used in the comfort of my home, it wont pinched, and again the 1st time i opened the gift box i could tell it had quality written all over it (pun intended) the weight of it and the way it feels as you are writing feels alot better than i remember, I can tell these pens were made from great craftsmanship and built to last and im happy to call it my new favourite, Thank you Parker

Aufgrund meines Studiums und dem Umstand, dass ich viel schreiben muss, bin ich auf ein gutes Schreibgerät angewiesen. Dieser Kugelschreiber schniegt sich jetzt in eine Reihe von "teuren" Kugelschreibern ein, von den dieser am günstigsten war und dennoch am meisten überzeugt aber der Reihe nach. Verpackung: Die Verpackung ist quadratisch und wirkt, obwohl sie aus gepresstem Papier besteht, recht edel. Nimmt man den deckel ab und betrachtet man die Unterseite des Deckels wird man eine weiche kissenartige Verkleidung entdecken. Gefiel mir persönlich sehr gut. Der Kugelschreiber selbst ist aber fest in der Verkleidung. Ich hätte mir aber noch ein kleines Etui mitgewünscht, das wäre dann aber auch wirklich das pünktchen auf dem i! Design und Verarbeitung: Einfach Perfekt. Das Produkt ist wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet, es liegt dankt des Gewichtes sehr gut in der Hand. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, sogar besser als das was ich von meinen Pelikan Kugelschreiber gewohnt bin obwohl dieser nahezu doppelt so teuer war. Einziges negative Argument ist aber, dass am Griff und am ende des Stiftes Staub, Fingerabdrücke und Kratzer (wenn es dann mal welche abkriegt) auffallen aber wer sich für die Farb- und Materialauswahl entscheidet wird sich dem im klaren sein. Auch deswegen hätte ich mir ein etui gewünscht. Hier muss ich sagen geben die Bilder nicht ganz Aufschluss darüber. Ich habe eher mit was schwarzem gerechnet. Es wirkt zwar schwarz ist aber i.wie auch silber/grau. Schreibgefühl: Aufgrund des höheren Gewichtes vorne an der spitze und dem etwas breiterem griff liegt der Stift sehr gut in der hand und das Schreibgefühl ist sehr gut. Einzig die Mine überzeugt mich nicht zu 100% aber da muss ich zugeben, das bei dem Preis und vielleicht nicht alles perfekt sein muss. Ich habe die Mine gewechselt, weil sie mir tendenziell zu sehr kratzt. Fazit: Für den Preis von 28€ kann man kein besseres Produkt erwarten. Hochwertig, super in der Hand liegend und sehr schöne Material-/ Farbkombination sind nur einige wenige Attribute die diesen Kugelschreiber beschreiben. Das kein Etui beiliegt oder der Kugelschreiber Fingerabdrücke und Staub quasi anzieht trüben den Eindruck des nahezu perfekten Produktes aber trotzdem 5 Sterne. Die eindeutigsten 5 Sterne, die ich je gegeben hab!

Depuis toujours Parker nous propose des produits de plus en plus performants et de plus en plus esthétiques. Ce stylo billes est vraiment réussi tant il est à la fois beau et racé. L'écriture est facile tant on a l'impression que le stylo billes glisse tout seul sur le papier. Le mélange des couleurs noir et or est très réussi et ce stylo du plus bel effet comblera certainement les plus exigeants d'entre nous. Un tout petit bémol tout de même : si la prise en main est bonne, le stylo glisse facilement entre le pouce, l'index, le majeur et il faut exercer une certaine pression pour le maintenir entre les doigts. Le bilan reste tout de même positif et je ne peux que conseiller l'achat de ce magnifique stylo billes vendu ici à un très, très bon prix.

Nice quality, fast delivery

Aunque a la persona que se lo he regalado no lo va a apreciar mucho porque tiene sus buenas plumas Montblanc, pero argumentar que tiene muy buena ergonomía, diseño, acabado y escritura. He de decir que estoy pensando en comprar una unidad para mí.
