Best I've found so far. And I've done quite a bit of research. I want natural supplements, not synthetic. This is the real deal.

I appreciate the use of a dark glass bottle to house the capsules, since it blocks or reduces oxidation/degradation from light.I liked that it includes all 4 organic forms of selenium, which are also the most bioavailable forms, since each type is used by different pathways in the body. Also, despite being sourced from organically grown garlic, there is no pungent odor upon opening the bottle.I wish it was completely grain-free, but for those sensitive, it does include rice flour/fiber. I am okay with this but would like to know if the rice products are also organic and/or if it is from white rice or brown rice, since the latter has been shown to naturally have higher levels of arsenic, which I’d to avoid. Will have to reach out to the company to ask and report back when they reply.Product instructions could not be more clear: “Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.”Side note: I was impressed that there is over 3.5x the RDA in just one capsule. Makes me not be so worried about missing a dose here and there. Also, very economical!

I’m sure it is good, I got this to help with my thyroid, but at the time my TSH levels are high so this made it worse. Once I get tsh levels back on track ill try it again

We mix with cattle salt for goat and sheep mineral feeder. Much cheaper than paying to ship 1% mineral and 99% salt and rice hulls like the oremixed minerals. Our goats shine and sheep wool is nicer quality than when they were on a premixed commercial mineral. No worms, better births, higher milk production. You’ll get hundreds of refills for pennies.

Anytime you can take supplements from nearest it’s original form the better. For selenium this is the one you need. Get it from this seller right here on Amazon. I am so happy to have this top notch supplement and it comes in a glass jar which preserves in a non-toxic container. Great product.
