I bought these in hope of finding a quicker more cost effective way to raise my blood sugar unfortunately this product was not it. The powder taste good but it's basically glucose tabs grounded up into a powder the packets are more than half way full so it's quite a bit to take in. I had a low in the middle of the night and ended up with powder all over me. I tracked to see just how quickly it would raise my blood sugar and it took over 45 mins to raise me from 63 to 75 and I had two of the packets.So as much as I wanted this to work I still think I prefer the liquid glucose shots it raises me faster and it takes a lot less to do the job.
