Excellent Icing Stabilizer
I love making old fashioned Swiss and Italian buttercreams from scratch and using this meringue powder to stabilizer my egg whites is the secret to fluffy, unbreakable butter cream and royal icing. It holds well, mixes easily, no clumping or weird after taste at all! It doesn’t affect the color of the icing or the ease of mixing in food dye either. Very good product!

Expensive but purposeful
It served it's purpose, but I found it's good for making royal icing and you must be careful in measuring. The lid doesn't seal well causing the contents to clump. It's so light that a meringue dust... Lol... Becomes airborne when you first open it.For soft decorations that still hold shape or to combat coloring with dyes, use powdered sugar.

Good product
