Purchased for a two week trip in British Columbia and Alberta. Sim Card worked perfectly upon landing and despite saying that it was not compatible with my Moto G8 Plus, I had zero issues accessing all the data needed. Having driven 1500 miles in two weeks I can happily report that it downloaded all the necessary maps, routes and information on 4g data. Setting it up was a dream and the service was exceptional. Saved $$ on not having to purchase a sat nav.

Phone doesn't support e-sim so went physical sim. Bought with an extra couple of days for my trip just to be on the safe side, activated online very easily, got the email a day before the activation date with my US number, arrived and switched the sim on on the tarmac and instantly had 5g signal, no issues all week in Colorado, had signal and data everywhere, good speeds and no trouble

Connected within a couple of hours of requesting. Fitted to my second SIM card slot and worked flawlessly. Used my phone as a hot spot for the rest of my family's phones. Got great 5G speed, with absolutely no issues or spam calls.I can only comment on my personal experience,but I found it fantastic value for money and so easy to use!

Easy to fit as all sims. Came with the 'pointy thing' to open up the sim door on the phone and also had a handy little wallet to keep old sim safe. Registration easy took a couple of minutes a couple of days before I left for NYC. Telephone number emailed the day before. Sim put in the phones on the plane. Worked as soon as we left the plane. Superfast coverage. %g. No probs anywhere. Did not bother or need to use WIFI.

I bought this sim for a 28 day road trip in the USA, my route began in San Diego and included Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and California. The instructions with the sim are clear and easy to follow, I emailed a request for activation five days before my trip. On arrival in the USA I put the sim in my phone (Motorola G84) and switched on, I was straight on to the US T-mobile network for calls and data. The reception in urban areas and along major freeways was always good throughout my trip. As stated in the add for the product signal can be lost in remote areas and especially in National Parks, I did not view this as a fault with the product, there is no mobile infrastructure in the these remote places. I used my phone as my sat-nav via Android Auto and had no problems. An added bonus was that my wife could tether her mobile to mine and use her phone whilst mine ran the sat-nav. I would use this product again and recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent experience overall. This gave me unlimited data, calls and texts during our stay in the USA at a very reasonable price. The only niggles were that the form to register it didn't work and I had to contact the helpdesk for them to give me a link to a different one, and the data provided through my hotspot to my children was extremely slow (3G) compared to what I got (4G or 5G). This was mentioned on the description that came with the card but not on the info on Amazon, so be aware to expect this. Otherwise everything worked well.

The process to activate is simple and has worked smoothly every time. The only tip I’d give is that the codes you need to input are printed very small, so I take a photo that lets me zoom in to read them more easily.
