This has been fantastic for my cat, she apparently needs the moving water for drinking and I’ll provide! Learned that when she was tiny and always went to the sink, and this made her happy and she drinks so much water it is great. Super easy to clean and a simple design. The last one lasted a solid year, and the pump died even with care and I clean it all the time. I recommend to get replacement filters and also foam covers for the in water filter but it’s cheap to get on Amazon too! Your cat will love this! Maybe a dog too? Great product and hope to see this always available

Update: I contacted the seller. They replied right away, asked me to remove and reinstall the magnetic propeller and that if that didn’t fix the problem they would send me a new pump right away. The suggestion fixed the issue and it’s working great. Excellent customer service and communication.Original review: I loved this fountain! It was great, my cat had plenty of room to actually drink and not get her head wet, the blue light was nice, you can kind of point it in different directions but it's a little bright, it was super quiet when filled adequately, it filtered nicely as well. Unfortunately, one day it just stopped working randomly. I tried unplugging it, changing the outlet, the cube, but nothing worked :/ kind of a bummer but I did like it and so did my cat!

I've got 3 cats so we have to fill it daily. I honestly should clean it more often but even after 2-3 weeks. The algae growth is very minimal. I bought this product in May and wrote this review in July. The entire product including the motor was very easy to clean using a bottle brush to get into the cracks and crevices. I just changed the filter this time around because it was absolutely filthy but the last time I just scrubbed it really good and rinsed it off. Minimal noise, the light is still working, everything comes apart (even the white motor block can be taken apart to a point, and the faucet), easy to use, and the cats love it. I haven't got one complaint.

I’ve had this fountain for a year and a half. Overall, it works well and my cats use it more than their still water bowls. However, there are some cons to consider.- CON: The plastic bowl tends to get coated in a thin layer of slime rather quickly. It needs to be deep cleaned more often than I’d like (AKA, scrubbing every single part extensively to remove all slime). I have a feeling that a stainless steel system would do a better job staying clean longer.-CON: The pump is quite hard to clean, as the nooks and crannies have hard angles that are difficult to fully clean. After a year and a half of use, my pump has now died.-CON: The pump gets clogged easily. I have discovered the fountain not flowing many times (when the reservoir is full of water and should be flowing).-PRO: I appreciate that you can buy a new pump without buying a whole new watering system.-PRO: The water reservoir is quite large so you don’t have to stress about re-filling daily.All in all, a decent system for the price. Just requires more maintenance than I’d hope, but I am going to buy a new pump and continue using this system. If I could go back in time, I’d choose a stainless steel system instead.

Fountain stopped working at the 8 month mark but loved it beforehand. Will be buying another just because my cats loved it so much and my one cat is super finicky with water but he used it!

The faucet-style spout immediately caught his interest, and now he drinks from it several times a day without me having to run water for him like a servant. The design is sleek and modern, and the black color looks great in my kitchen. It’s truly silent, which is impressive. The pump setup with the sponge around it is smarter than other fountains I’ve tried—helps keep things clean and running smoothly. Maintenance has been super easy so far. It came with plenty of filters and extras, which I appreciate. Overall, a great purchase that keeps my cat hydrated and out of the bathroom sink. Highly recommend if you’ve got a faucet-drinker like mine!

it came with all parts, i will say the instructions were a bit confusing but it was easy to figure out. The entire thing itself is plastic. it works perfectly, is quiet. Now for anyother cat this would prob be fine, however i have an orange chaos gremlin, so in less then 5 min he was able to take it apart and spill it everywhere. now i wish the top part and the bottom either clicked together or was skrewable. I had to tape it down so he dosnt spill a ton of water everywhere. Id advise a watchful eye and tape for those naughty cats who like to flood the house. I wish it had a shut off system to where when it detects its out of place, it shuts off. Overall its a fine product, just maybe not for my cat.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works great! Cats love it. Holds a fair amount of water, I have to fill it up about every 3 days for the kitties! I love the blue Led light as well! it just gives it a more upscale look. Runs very quietly, we can't even tell it's there!
