Excellent product, works as advertised
My flat roof over the toilet/ bathroom was leaking . I went on the roof and saw a pool of water. There were few layers of felt roof and water seeped through. I removed the top felt roof and water was underneath it . Used a broom to get rid of much of the water and debris and started applying a layer of this great stuff over it . Initially I only thought of using it over the affected area, but second thought was to cover all the roof and all vertical joints ( with the house wall and the inclined roof of a conservatory which had water dripping in at the joints) . Although it was drizzling when brushed over and few hours later in rained heavily, water stopped dripping in the conservatory and no further infiltration in the toilet/ bathroom. Excellent product, highly recommended ( I only used about 1/2 of the container) and will definitely use again when I will redo my flat roof.

Roofing Protection system
Expensive but a good product. You need to plan carefully before starting the application otherwise you will get yourself into a bit of a mess. Where old clothes as the stuff does not come off. It has stopped my roof leaking and I am going to give it another coat when and if Spring arrives

Quality Roofing product.
Great stuff for roofs and balcony’s. Air cured so work fast and do not leave the lid off the tin. Quite Expensive.

Excellent Product
This is an excellent product. We found this on a YouTube video. We've been quoted three thousand pounds to repair a flat roof which had started to leak but after watching somebody use this product on YouTube we decided to try it. It has given an excellent result on our flat roof which looks like brand new and no longer leaks. It only cost us 300 pounds to fix our roof versus the £3,000 quoted by a roofer.

Mo more leaks.
Along with the polyester felt, when this stuff sets, a nuclear winter won't touch it. Be aware, you must invest in effective PPE. It has a very high VOC!

It does what it says
Tin arrived badly dented so much so that it wouldn’t stand on its base. Didn’t leak though.
