Got the Chimney right on time and the installation was scheduled for the Fourth day. Ajith came for the installation and recommended a bit of cutting of kitchen wood by the carpenter. He personally spoke to our carpenter so that no mistakes are made while cutting. Carpenter did the necessary job and the chimney was installed. Great job by Ajith. Was extremely professional and helpful.

The product was delivered on time and installed without too much hassle. We did have a few structural changes to make but were able to get those done and have the chimney installed without too much trouble.

Nice Product. Motion detection works well. Noise level is bit high in 3. Suction looks good. Not started to use it. Just tested it. Delivered on time as assured. Installation was done immediately after delivery. Nice installation and explanation by the Faber engineer Venkat. Will write another review after using it.

Noise is really stable compared to others. Slant chimneys are not well performed compared to these flat chimneys. Its succession power is capable to suck all the fumes of my 3 burner stove.

Minimal noise and the quality of the product is remarkable.

Very good installation and good service

I have raised a complaint that the chimney is not working , Just in 2 years the mother board is not working. The technicians who attended said , have to change the main board. Almost 1.5 months gone. still haven't received the motherboard , nobody is giving proper response when I asked. Getting irresponsible answers from both service and customer care. My chimney is idle for 2 months in this hot weather . I don't know either this can be fixed, I don't know faber have spare parts when we face any fault in the chimney. I won't recommend anybody to purchase Faber chimneys. Worst customer service and technical service.

Writing this review after almost 2 months since installation. The product got delivered on time, thanks to timely delivery from Amazon. After waiting for 2 days, had to call Faber customer care to arrange for installation. This is where the whole scam starts. Installation person came for installation and and since duct pipe is not included in the package, he was asking for 1200 for the same which is double the price in open market. Spoke to the agency which had sent the service guy, and they were blatantly saying that we sell it at this price only. Since I did not wanted to buy from them, so after lot of arguments, i got my own duct pipe from local shop (exact same quality costed around Rs.500 for 2 pipes) and the installation was done. At the end installation guys started asking for more money whereas actual installation charge was Rs.600. After using for 1 month, noticed that oil are getting collected on the surface and not being sucked-in properly. Ran the self cleaning as well but hardly any oil got collected. So had to clean the surface manually. This issue was seen again, so decided to call customer care to send someone to check if the suction is working properly or not and was surprised to hear that despite product being within warranty period, we still need to pay for the engineers visit. This was not for some cleaning job that i had requested for visit but still it seems we need to pay for every visit. Also they want customer to discuss directly with the service agency on the charges. Never seen such pathetic after sales service. Based on my experience with their service agency during installation, I am not interested in dealing with such people again. Would better get some external technician to look into the same. This was my first but last product from Faber and would advice everyone to stay away from this company. These companied survive on marketing hype whereas actually there product is not worth the money we pay. So think twice before buying any Faber product or you will be having to deal with such pathetic product and service. I am having to go thru this in Bangalore, wondering what would be the situation in other smaller cities.
