They fit all 6 pairs of his ridiculously expensive trainers - all different brands and collabs because every 2 months they feel funny so needs a new pair. But I digress. They are well made, come in a fancy box and feel sturdy. If you play basketball.. then you need to get them - from my son. Not me.

Ive had two plantar fasciotomys done on my right foot so time spent on my feet always leads to pain. These insoles gave me added protection for when my foot hits the ground and I no longer get a pulsing pain shooting into my heel. I move these from shoe to shoe. They fit as expected based on the size of your shoe! Extremely happy with these.

After years of having trouble finding the correct inserts for my shoes, this has been an absolute life saver. Great for the running events that I do every month. Comfortable takes a little getting used to but I highly recommend this product. Especially if u are a long time runner and run more then 8 miles a day.
