Muy buena calidad, lo usaba para hacer yogurt

I bought the Micro Ingredients Organic Inulin FOS Fiber Powder mainly to add to my homemade yogurt, and it has worked out really well. The powder is very fine and dissolves quickly. I usually mix it into warm milk before culturing or stir it into finished yogurt, and it blends in smoothly without clumping. It doesn’t leave any gritty texture, which was something I was worried about at first. Taste wise it’s very mild. There’s a slight natural sweetness, but nothing overpowering. In yogurt it actually improves the texture a bit and makes it a little creamier. I like knowing I’m adding prebiotic fiber without changing the flavor of what I’m making. The bag is large and feels like a good value for the amount you get. Since I only use a spoonful at a time, it’s going to last quite a while. I also appreciate that it’s organic and vegan friendly with no unnecessary additives. If you’re making smoothies, drinks, or homemade yogurt like I do, this is an easy way to boost fiber without affecting taste or texture. I’ll definitely keep this in my pantry.

If you check the ingredients on some Inulin products, it has SUGAR in it.. This product has NO SUGAR.. It is pure. I have purchased it twice so far... Very happy..

Llegó en tiempo y forma, perfectamente embalado, lo que me sorprendió es que la bolsa es dos veces l tamaño de la cantidad que tiene el producto, es decir mucha bolsa para la mitad del producto, el sabor es demasiado dulce pero será buen suplemento o sustituto del azúcar para mis familiares de la tercera edad que no pueden dejar las cosas dulces
